Ruler Marking Gauge

This time it is a simple tool, I tried to make a convenient marking gauge.
You can use "draw parallel lines from the edge of the work", "mark the same distance in multiple places", "measure the depth of the groove".
I will introduce "simple things that can be created without using tools" and "items freely made"
Jig plan convenient for woodworking

  • I'm surprised he doesn't start the video showing us him planting the tree and nurturing it for about 35 years then cutting it down and milling it by hand. Once he gets perfectly straight lumber he makes these videos showing us his magnificent creations. I've never seen a cleaner woodworker. I swear these are how to videos for cleaning your workshop not building in your workshop. Thank you for the awesome videos!! I hope one day I'll be half as good as you. Hope you continue to share your work for years to come

  • the first one is more beautiful than the second one, which is trying to be beautiful and 'inspirational'. simplicity and directness in problem-solving is beautiful. obsession is not. stay simple and direct to the problem, dont go mental, and everything will always turn out ok. the way you milled the slot with adhesive sandpaper on the ruler was excellent

  • This build inspired me to make one, which I have now done with a few changes, works very well & I think I’ll make a smaller one with a 6inch ruler to keep the other one company. I looked through the comments on this & you don’t need anything other than basic tools to do the Superior one, trust me. My version doesn’t even require the locking internal plate, as long as the bolt is in the threaded insert straight and flatten/polish the bolt end it seats & locks the ruler fab, saves more too, thank you for sharing!👍
