I used the same 30ml olive oil 5g of yeast 270g flour 1tbsp sugar And 200ml milk 1tsp salt I ended up adding more flour to bring it together more. I'm waiting for it to rise now

Yeah the dough came out way to sticky compared to the video. I couldn't even roll it out so I had to just spread it by hand on the parchment paper. Going to bake it now

Okay, they came out good. For mine, I added about 30-50g more of flour and baked it at 400F. Even without rolling it, the dough still rose the same way. Thank you for the recipe

Hi, XanyCuisine-ox1rb. I use digital kitchen scale always and in this recipe I used 270g all-purpose flour. Sometimes we should adjust recipes because flour type or quality differs from one another. For example All-purpose flour needs less liquid and makes softer dough, maybe you were usıng a bread flour
