I enjoy hearing the PNG operators say "Apinun" and the Australian's "G'day". But I really love it when Goroka tower says "(Apinun) Ryan". Coming home safe, nothing better.
I thik your favorite thing is TAXI WAY SIGNS!!
Free T-Shirt coming your way lol
Love these videos - I have flown on many small planes working in Northern Territory - PNG friends also. Amazing pilot - love listening to clear explanations - want to access simulator app.
Aww-man! I really wanted that shirt.☹️
@@jetsfanatshawcame too 😂
Please don't quit Ryan - I love the current format. I don't fly any more but learned in Singapore in the 70's. Used to fly to short dirt strips in Malaysia in a 172. This takes me back to those exciting times. Admire your professionalism and safety awareness. Keep up the good work 😃
Favorite thing? Deciphering the VK English.
@Hello John how are you doing?
Single engine plane. Single pilot. International flight. Entirely over water. No alternates on the way. Remarkable. Note little local traffic due to Queensland Shutting out New South Wales. Great film.
Fave thing about Cairns: all the new street art?
I'd have to say your favorite thing about Cairns are the taxiway signs
good guess but no
@@MissionaryBushPilot I was going to guess the hookers and blow?
Taxi signs at Cairns has to be your favorite thing 😂
That is a great guess, but no, but it should be
Your favorite thing?........beer!!!!!!
Favourite thing about cairns , U2 bar and the jugs of beer ? 😂
The best thing about cairns is the Great Barrier Reef and scuba diving. The crocodiles in NSW are interesting but indeed dangerous as there is no swimming in creek’s that look so enticing. And also it’s a short drive to surfers paradise.
Your favourite thing about Oz: obviously the Vegemite.
🤮
TEXAS JACK, hello, I actually like VEGIMITE, & the BRITISH version is BOVRIL , always liked it on toast mainly , cheers 🇦🇺🇦🇺🇺🇸🇺🇸
Go the Vegemite !!!
Favourite - Taxiway signs
Lol . Im in me owse in SW England. Ive just nipped from Papua New Guinea, in an Air taxi over to Austraaalia where its ‘blady sammer’ ! - to pick up some cargo and now I’m on me way back to PNG. What is this strange vicarious world ?? 😃. Thanks Ryan.
Favorite thing; Taxiway markers!
Your favorite, flying over water, on your own devices knowing there's nowhere to land. Now that is a challenge.
I’m still loving the 360 cameras on the wings, really clear, crisp video really enhances the journey. Greetings of the season to you and yours Ryan, take care.
Thank you 😊
favourite thing - clear skies and no mountains
Clear skies is one of my favorites
Romeo Yankee Alfa November, confirm: Your favorite thing is your accurate haircut. Love your vids! A fan from Austria (Remark: There are no kangaroos in Austria).
No kangaroos in Austria, I say that all the time since I am in Austria every summer. I am in Austria to motorcycle the Alps as the roads in Canada are too straight and too flat. Been on over 240 different passes there.
Love it, Love it, ❤️ it 👍🏼🇵🇬🇦🇺🌻🙋♀️🌷😃👍🏼
Every flight you make is never boring. From start to finish is full of information, i enjoy all your narrations. Keep flying safely.
Bit late for the T-shirt .. but I think your favourite thing might be the clearly marked taxiways.😂
Your favorite thing about flying that trip is that you can pick up Monster Energy Drinks.
Yup, however someone already guessed it
@@MissionaryBushPilot How can you pick up anything? On the previous episode you said that you couldn't go anywhere, not even the bathroom, because of the closed borders.
Best thing about flying to cairns. No minimum safe altitude.
thank you for a very nice flight; and look after yourself, best wishes from England
All the goodies from da shop
Ryan God bless you
30+ years ago, did a similar run - just out of High School, was only Pax on Company Swearingen Merlin - Cairns to Aropa (even less Traffic than POM) - Pilot puts me in RH seat. Get to Cruise altitude, sets autopilot, then tells me "That is our call sign - if you hear it, wake me...", and promptly leans against side of cockpit, and puts newspaper over his face to block the glare, and I presume, naps for 30 minutes. Heart was racing and eyes were everywhere...
This flight shows the diversity of your general missionary flying - multitasking that’s for sure. Another great video Ryan - BZ = Well done. 👌👏
Your favourite thing .... that monster drink you can’t get in PNG? Second favourite thing ..... taxiway signage? Merry Christmas to you and yours Ryan. God bless you all.
You got it, just a few hours behind someone else. Good guess.
Your favourite thing is will be scenery
I like the rear-looking camera and the wind-mounted camera.
I used to fly caravan in west Africa in 2000 the instruments are different good fly
Your favoruite thing about Cairns is the runway signage
holy cow that is a long displaced threshold
Merry Christmas Ryan !! Thank you for all you do for the people of PNG !
Taxiways are marked, Safe flying and blessings for your work and efforts in PNG
@Hello Brain how are you doing?
Wow. The bug-sprays :D Wonder if they work on big spiders
Merry Christmas. I had a friend who grew up there as the child of some missionaries back in the 70s. She always used to tell me how beautiful PNG was and she wasn’t kidding was she? It’s seems a very beautiful country. I’m happy to hear that you love doing good works there. Some are called in different ways and it’s great that you found one that fulfills you as well as helps so many others. God bless you and thanks for the wonderful videos.
Thanks and merry Christmas
Being cool for 6 hours sounds good. (you fav.) it would be mine. FYI thanks love the vids.
The marked runway or Taxiis way 😃🙋♀️👍🏼
yeah best thing about cairns is going to the servo and getting a sausage roll, meat pie and iced coffee ay bulla
Your favorite thing about Cairnes? Restock your Monster Energy drink supply?
I believe you said. Favorite in Kansas?..Steak!...love your vlog..
In a small plane 🛩 like that 😱 I’d be scared 😟 going over allllllll that water. And with a heavy load. Wow 😯 that made this video so interesting 🤔 thanks 😊
That was the bluest water ever!
All we have is the muddy MISSISSIPPI water .😾🌻♥️🙂
Fantastic video
I’m flying in the mountains of Austria 🇦🇹 there are no kangaroo in Austria 😁 and I’m ordering your cap ! Cheers !
Wallabies in PNG as it is part of the Australian continental land mass same as Tasmania and Kangaroo island
Saludos desde Chile.
Smooth
@Hello George how are you doing?
My guess would be the taxi signs
Apinum! Yu stap gut? He has a good job. I love PNG. I was there in 1980.
Way late but my fav would be the public BBQ's at the Esplanade ;-)
I really think you have the best job in the world.... Merry Christmas Ryan.
My favorite thing about Cairns - they have a decent French bakery - after eating toast and beans for breakfast for a month, this is a salvation!
Thanks!
Cold beer.
I wish, the beer isn't that good down under though
@@MissionaryBushPilot Just as well. 8 hours bottle to throttle doesn't work on short layovers.
Thanks, Ryan for another wonderful "you're there in the right seat" video!.
Glad you enjoyed it
All that paperwork for Australia and PNG such as the General Declaration should be done online now in the 21t century. Crazy to have to have pieces of paper for this when the technology is there to do it all online. HAPPY CHRISTMAS Ryan, Jerry
I agree. It should be, but we still live in PNG
Your favorite is the Monster you can get... you have another one in your back pack
Rats, I was too slow. I reckon you got it!
Merry Christmas Ryan. This channel has taught me a lot over the last 10 months and helped me endure yet another lockdown night. I'm quite grateful for your work.
Terrific Philip__
Great barrier reef..
Got to be taxiway signs ..Peter ex Qantas
Enjoyed from India
Merry Christmas Ryan. Another Great flight !
Favourite thing about Cans (Cairns) would be seeing the huge Shorts Belfast Freighter that is parked there...
What a shame that no one will restore it.
thanks for the ride capt...👍
Never thought what I do on MSFS2020 is actually what a real pilot does.
Excellent videos! I'm a retired BA longhaul captain. Very efficient RT. Just one comment. 'Thank you' is a good addition to farewell, adieu, good day etc! It pays dividends. Keep up the good work! Kind regards from John Chapman.
Thanks
I believe your favorite thing is the energy drink.
Hi. My Name is Daniel. I subscribed to your channel a few weeks ago and the videos are awesome! I love flying! My friend has a Cessna 210 and have gone with him 3 times and I got to fly the plane. I have Flight Simulator as well.
Great flight glad to be with you Gudday
Hi pilot Ryan hope always safe flight anytime any where around the world From italy
just found this channel.. great stuff.. Hello from Indonesia
I am to late for a T-shirt 😜but i like you video 👍👍👍
Merry Christmas Ryan, keep up the great work.
Happy Holidays - Amazing flying as always Ryan ~ Cheers!
One positive to flying in Kansas? No worries of CFIT into a mountainside in IMC.
They have radar and taxi signs...that's why you like going there ! lol
Fun, curious to hear an American accent pronounce Cairns like an Aussie, Cans ha ha! I had the good fortune to visit there. Quiet tropical beach town with great radio. Loved it.
Excellent vlog Ryan, thanks for the great content. Merry Christmas!
I always enjoy your videos, and I’m sorry but I haven’t been able to follow for a few weeks. It looks like I’ve got some catching up to do. That’s ok, I guess, I’m quarantined here in the U.S. so your videos will be good company. I’m just about to watch “TIME FOR CHANGE” so so long for now and I’ll catch you on the next flight out.
Great views of the Great Barrier Reef
Merry Christmas to you & yours, Ryan!! And greetings to my friends receiving all their goodies! ❤️🎄⭐✝️
Just started watching your videos. Noticed this one. After your take-off clearance, a Qjet1770 was cleared to land that was me.
That's cool!
@MissionaryBushPilot I lived and worked In PNG in 1997. I was based at Rabaul. Flew islanders C402 and C404. Last and Madang only ports on mainland I flew. Great fun. Enjoy your videos. Brings back memories
Merry Christmas, Ryan ! Thank you for your excellent works ! Maybe the scenic railroad.
Nice crosswind landing! Your wing low method was spot on! Thanks for sharing 👍🏾
Very nice flight Ryan! Merry Christmas and hope you stay safe and well in 2021!
very happy to have found your videos. The redundant procedure that you show us is impressive. You offer great example to other pilots and those that are wanting to learn to fly.
Another great video from Ryan, thank you.
Great flight Ryan.. cheers
Super flight
Great JOB !
So interesting getting a little insight into what you do. You're amazing. Well done.
Your favorite thing about Carins is the monsters and the view of the reef
Yes, but someone else guessed it already
Fantastic video, Ryan. Stunning vistas. Thank You!
Merry Xmas mate, well done ! shame you want able to tour Aus, one day soon I hope !
Merry Christmas, Ryan!
Hey Ryan, awesome video work and flight narrative you explain everything going on really well. What exciting work you do to help out folks in need who are in remote locations.
Merry Christmas Ryan. You love the intensity and speed you need to react to Comms when you fly to Cairns maybe?
