Dear Sir....my sister had ovarian underwent 9 chemotherapy +surgery +chemotherapy in 2022. After 1year on Olaparib medicine there is reoccurance and spread extensively to liver and stomach. Doctor said she can't have surgery and recommended 6 chemotherapy every 21days. We are feeling helpless ...should we proceed. Doctor had said no diet restrictions but after seeing your videos we realize that we should have followed keto diet. But there is not much information or guidance on keto diet. Can you provide us some guidance. God bless you
