Decisions like these will ruin Bellator. This guy was outstruck by like 40 strikes, got taken down 4 times and still got 4-1 win on judges score card.
When people say they think it should be a split decision you should probably just tune out what they have to say because they obviously don’t know what they’re talking about

How did you have 4 or 5 for aj? He was less active, way cockier and wouldn’t engage, he’d taunt and lay on the ground calling him a coward for not coming down to the ground with him, I’m a aj fan as well but this was clearly a win for pit bull
1st round and 2nd round hard to score but in terms of damage it's Pitbull basically Pitbull won. Also in the 3rd Pitbull had more effective grappling with that submission attempt 3-0 Pitbull. 4th and 5th AJ started to land more damage more combinations but it was too late. 3-2 48-47 Pitbull Congratulations to Pitbull

i agreed with josh thomson's scores it's 2-2 entering the 5th and i think aj won the last round, 48-47 mckee, but round 1 is close and pitbull got his momentum by the later part of the first round, so a 48-47 pitbull is not bad but 49-46 for pitbull is too much. just my opinion
Agreed, 49-46 is a bad judging call. Close fight and even if the majority of people say AJ won, which looking at stats from the fight he most likely did but he still took the fight slow and lost the decision (even if it was a bad one)

That’s brutal, don’t get me wrong pitbull put up a great fight but no way AJ didn’t win 3 of those rounds
One judge, 4 rounds to 1... the other two judges, 3 rounds to 2 was an AJ outcome 100%.... How and where could have Pitbull won 4 rounds - no where....Only explanation, every 3rd strike AJ landed was counted, the other 2 were missed by all three judges for the entire fight...
The Pico fight was prob the best fight for me. Pico can bang, mixes it up nicely and has gas for days. Nice👊💯

The only possible explanation for a Pitbull victory might be that Bellator owners want a third fight. Pitbull clearly didn't win this one.
Round 1, 2 and 4 belong to pittbull, no surprise he win. Round 1 very close even Big Jhon give it to mckee but only 2 left straight is a clean shot, pittbull had more cleans shot than McKee in round 1.
4 Rounds for pitbull? really?! some of those rounds were close so I guess 3 isnt so bad, but the judge who gave him 4, I just dont know what fight he was watching.

Never leave it to the Judges . This was a tragic turn of events for AJ. and no way was it a UD. Props to both fighters but this one needs to be played back.
It's not like it was a one sided match. The MMA community is calling Mcee vs Pitbull 2 a robbery. Mcee controlled the later rounds with takedowns, to be the champ you got to beat the champ.
The judge that had it 4-1 for Pitbull is on crack. However I did give Pitbull the first 3 rounds, so at the end of the day I do believe the better fighter walked out with the championship

No robbery here guys, AJ fought not to lose Pitbull fought to win. After the second round AJ's best moments were by panic wrestling and point fighting, waiting for a hale Mary of a submision or a lucky counter punch. People was booing because he went too passive.

@@CanadianBoardCrew I guess you can say that too but what happened was that the one with range, power and allaround advantage (AJ) went passive for most of the fight and Pitbull was the one being aggressive and taking risks.

Why stop the nemkov fight? Was the cut that bad? Clashs of heads happens....and fights still continue. Wasnt intentional. Was a title fight. Should have been allowed to continue, no? Its a doctor stoppage, right? So he shoulda lost. Nate diaz did when the called stopped the fight due to his cut. I dunno, am confusion🤔🤷🏼♂️str8😑

Not sure how you had that round for pitbull. I thought it was AJ best round. Round 1 was the closest and round 3 was a little tricky. Pit bull landed a nice shot but got taken down but then he had a decent attempt at a guillotine.

Was McKee's shocked look genuine? What did he expect? While Pitbull didn't overwhelm him, he out-worked McKee. McKee was mentally unprepared and not in the best physical condition. Young first time champions have been making the same mistake since the beginning of sports. Also, Nemkov should be grateful for that head butt. Anderson was kicking his ass.
