Nope, dogs historically had to chase down their prey, so they got really good at it. You can't outrun a dog.

That's funny, as a kid I got bit on the butt by a German Shepherd as well. It really sucked. Had to go to the hospital and get stiches in my butt. Then they put these annoyingly large bandages on. Then I had to go to school the next couple days sitting on those bandages. Not fun.
