Every year for our New Year's Eve dinner, I always try to come up with new dishes that my family has never tried before. This time, I got a king crab and a Boston lobster from a faraway seaside. My family was very interested, asking me lots of questions like children. Their excitement made me happy too! Our house renovations are finally finished this year, so we will be having our New Year's Eve dinner in our new home. I wish everyone a prosperous new year and may all your dreams come true!

This reunion dinner is the most expensive yet... and most touching to see the grands eating lobster for the first time... and Uncle Peng eating salmon sashimi for the first time too...! As usual very interesting dishes & way of preparation... like using bamboo sticks to bake the seafood.. happy new year of the dragon to all! 🎉
