If you go to Beijing, you should definitely try the Peking duck. And if you visit Yunnan, be sure to try the Yiliang roast duck as well. This dish must be cooked in a clay oven, heated solely with pine needles, using only a type of local ducks, flavored only with honey, which is the most unique aspect of Yiliang roast duck. The smoky aroma is sufficient to captivate everyone.

  • 第一次看到福福吃好多，可見烤鴨多好吃啊！盆姐簡直是女超人，無所不能👍🏻 還自己蓋烤爐，太強了👍🏻 還好阿豪有拿到一隻烤鴨😂，不然盆姐的好手藝阿豪在外讀書都沒什麼機會吃到，不過直接帶著一隻烤鴨上學也是太有趣了😂 這集烤鴨、冒烤鴨、脆皮五花肉看得我口水直流啊🤤🥰🥰
