Needs to recruit high school and lose the ego
That's all he has, ego. Let's be real, he took a job at a sub par school (talent and resource wise) JSU. Just Happened to have some success. Two seasons later, jumps to a P5 program and despite his hype has a lackluster season while throwing his players ( the very same he wanted to transfer in) under the bus.
This is a PR guy not a coach.
This guy refuses to do any away visits for high school recruits. They must all come to him. There's a difference in being exclusive and pretending you are. Even all the big boys UGA, OSU, LSU, Texas, Bama, USC, Oklahoma, etc. etc. visit recruits at their schools and in their homes. Because that's how you build the foundation of a program and IT WORKS!
Yet he has beat them multiple times for players.
@@patrickthompson8511 He's had two big commits so far and one of them just entered the portal. He signed only 11 players in the 2024 HS class. Ranked 95th, behind teams like Colorado State, North Texas and Western Michigan. One 5 star in Seton, three 4 stars, the rest 3 stars or lower. Those four 4* or higher prospects are the only one's other major schools likely had serious interest in. Only 4 blue chip commits, he's not beating other schools very much. He has zero commits for 2025 so far.

Texas A&M going through the same issue.....but y'all right, they are the hunted. Colorado gave some games away last year......this year, I think it's more understandable. Prime will have a successful year (8-4 season).
