Prime speaking truth. Most guys transferring are not established starters at their current program. Fighting for good depth. CU will have no problem with that. Kids nowadays scared of comp and run from adversity. Sometimes you have to sit down and wait your turn. Doesn’t mean you’re less than. There will always be someone better than you. Learn, get better, and be ready for your opportunity.

Whether you like it or not Colorado does NOT produce alot of elite players like the states of Georgia or Louisiana and even back in the 90s the Colorado teams had alota players from California and Texas…if Prime was HC of Florida St or LSU this would be a different story

Hopefully, most of them move lateral and not downward. The reality is many don’t get picked up and are still on Portal Island. Houston lost 26 Players in two days it’s not just CU.

Prime, it's being proven to you now. You can't build a team through the portal, only sustain it. These guys don't care about they can do for you, it's all about what you can do for them. They've been another coach the last 2-5 years. They come around you mostly for your former glory days. When the magic wears off, they leave. Older portal kids and high schoolers chasing the bag have no loyalty to you or the program. Change the 40-40-20 split to 15-20-65 split and you will have more loyal players? Why? Because you developed them.
