@ajyearby2425 nope. 6MOY goes to players on playoff teams, just look at the history of the award. Not sure when the last player to win it wasn't in the playoffs, and Monk certainly didn't put up a historic statline to justify breaking precedent for the award
Monk getting injured ruined his chances.
Bogdanovic should have won, this guy can just pop from pick and roll and dunk nothing else. Seen him getting the ball outside the paint he don know what to do with it just standing still and watching who to pass. No way this guy was better than Bogdanovic, Monk or some other dudes that were in the conversation.
Sixth Man of the year is very underrated award, The winners here accept the role wholeheartedly without being primma donna, because stars pout if they put in the bench. This is a real meaning thriving award
