  • 3 of the greatest frames I’ve ever watched to win a match I’ll never forget watching this when it was live on tele, selby said ronnie was disrespectful in the way the got out of the snooker which was lucky however ronnie didn’t wanna get bogged down in a safety battle like he did in 2014 mark was just slowing his game down, and the last escape by ronnie is just sublime anyway

      @carlrichards9333@carlrichards93336 ай бұрын
    • @@carlrichards9333 The most disrecpectful (and somehow unfair) was one moment in 30 frame. Ronnie was snookered and missed on the first try. At this moment was really clear, that Selby will let him repeat the shot, there really wasn´t other reasonable option. But Selby looked 1 minute at the table, bevor he let Ronnie repeat the shot. Unfortunately, it worked, Ronnie played a mad shot and lost. It was a difference between 15:15 and 14:16... See here: kzhead.info/sun/q8aFdaaHgmScZZE/bejne.html

I think the best ever performance from any sportsman since record began, is when ronnie took the whole season off and returned straight for the WCS, I think it was 2014, he met Hawkins in the final. He had no right whatsoever to do that. No sportsman can afford to take a whole season off without competitive play and return back to be world champion.

    @Me-oo4yu@Me-oo4yu4 ай бұрын
  • My favourite thing about this match was not the game itself, but the interviews after. You can see in O'Sullivan's face that he can't believe going for broke actually worked, and Selby can't come to terms with the fact that it did. After so many occasions where Selby did O'Sullivan's head in over the years, O'Sullivan finally did Selby's head in to the point that Selby sounded like an entitled child after losing. O'Sullivan outsmarted the tactician by simply not participating in Selby's tactics and just trying to be better at potting balls.

  • You can see that the balls are no problem for Ronnie it just seems to be his frame of mind (sorry for the pun) we all know his ability sometimes it seems like he’ll never miss a pot, other times it’s as if he’d rather be somewhere else, his chats with Stephen hendry bring out the real Ronnie he’s so relaxed when these two greats get together

  • Not a fan of marks too much but he has to be the toughest competitor out there. Never gives you an easy frame
