Its the PDK box with a shifter that replicates the appearance of a manual.
This particular car has the PDK, but Porsche models the lever to look like a manual, partly for the look, partly for cost saving since you dont have to make to separate column and stuffs to fit it. Similar to the Camaro ZL1 1LE where the steering wheel has paddles even on the manual model. On the manual, the paddles are used to toggle rev-matching
