  • Every part of dismantling that motor was a struggle. Because of you I got a hydraulic gear puller. I've used it twice so far and just that has already paid for itself. This was a very tough job and inspiring work.

    • proprio nuovo non direi, tanto per cominciare i cuscinetti non li ha cambiati e dopo il trattamento smonta e rimonta c'è da sperare che tengano, poi una bella termica (salvamotore) non so se c'è in un posto del genere... comunque bel video e bella ragazzotta!

  • Very skilled mechanic. But please invest in a hotplate, all that hammering on the bearings should be avoided. If you warm up the bearings, they slip right over the shaft without any problems.

  • The bearing will go on easier if she warms it up with a torch or fire and use something to grab it so she doesn’t get burned. Then it will go on the shaft easily with little effort. When it cools down it will not come off

  • Hi Folks, She did not do the most important thing before she started to take it apart. Any guesses? Yep. she did not clean the motor of all the dirt that was on it, and now is in it. It might work for a while, but it's basically trashed. No Dusti should never get on those bearings! Yes the dust you can not see, and the humidity that's in her shops air. Could not watch it beyond that. And they will blame the fan when it's done for real. Have a nice day. V/r., R
