Exactly what I'm thinking, Bayern's internal is not in a good situation and Rangnick already had that bad experience with Man United so i don't think he wants to have another bad experience like that
@Brainiac1209 I don't think the Manchester United comparison is entirely fair. Changes do need to happen at Bayern but nowhere near at the same scale as Manchester United. I think the main reason he'd turn thks down is straight up because Rangnick isn't a manager, he's a sporting director. He only got the Man U job presumably so he was fully clued in on the state of the football department and the dressing room once he started his consultancy.

very well said. Exactly what I think/believe. Not only what Hoenes said in the past days, but the instability in the year and maybe also Hoenes comments over the years.
