"Weird Al" Yankovic Goes Beyond Insanity While Eating Spicy Wings | Hot Ones

2018 ж. 19 Жел.
8 091 163 Рет қаралды

"Weird Al" Yankovic is the king of parody songs, with a multi-decade career that includes four Grammys, countless Top 40 hits, and a long list of live shows, including 2019's Strings Attached Tour. But how is he with spicy food? Find out as the "White & Nerdy" icon takes on the vegan wings of death in a very special Hot Ones season finale. As the Scovilles mount, Weird Al shares classic anecdotes about meeting Sir Paul McCartney and Michael Jackson, getting co-signed by Kurt Cobain, and inventing the infamous Twinkie wiener sandwich.
Special thanks to Mr. Yankovic's groomer, Sean James!

  • Weird Al helped me get through my childhood. I was raised in an apocalypse cult, and they were super strict about music, movies, any media really. Because Weird Al was funny and didn't swear, i was allowed to listen to his music. He helped me stay aware of both cultural attitudes and trends through the content of his music, and brought modern music into my home so that i knew what the music others were listening to sounded like. It made me laugh and made me feel less alone. Thank you, Weird Al.

Countless great parodies and fun for all ages. I even got to meet him once, and while he is SO BUSY, he still was cordial and kind to everyone. Great interview, Sean. (:
