  • Вчера смотрела фильм о молодой Кабаевой на одном дыхании. Была в восторге, любовалась каждым ее движением, мимикой ее лица. Да, внутреннее состояние человека отражается сразу на лице. В этом видео совсем другой человек. Нет искры, нет задора, нет радости И это зависит не от возраста. Печалька😢

  • I found people who played sports were more moral. I've never been a champion at soccer, but they included me and worked with what I could do. I probably didn't play sports that were my strength. I'm not bright and can't reason fast enough for martial arts. Try to catch me. I could run fast. I used to be one good cycler, too I haven't cycled in a while, but I was really, really good at it for not being on a team/league, not to brag. I used to pass others from Santa Cruz on the way up to Boulder Creek in grunge attire when they had all the fancy gear and special bicycles. Like the kids in Kenya have to run everywhere, or some do, I had to ride my bicycle everywhere no matter the conditions of the weather or hills. Last time I tried, I got really dizzy.

  • I don't mean for this comment to be offensive... But does anyone else agree that she was much more naturally beautiful when she was younger and competing? She definitely had something done to her face to look the way she does now right? It just seems so unnatural and also makes her look much older than she is.. And I've noticed it's sort of a trend with successful Russian rhythmic gymnasts - Daria and yana both changed their faces a bit after their success and honestly I found them a lot prettier the way they were born..

    • Julienne Arnaud I understand what you are saying.. Of course aging is one thing, but I do still think there were some processes done to her face that just make it look less natural to my eyes. Daria and Yana both definitely had lip injections, and it seems to be a trend. Maybe I'm just the only one that doesn't find it attractive. I just prefer their younger, more fine looks.

    • Agree. The differences I notice are natural aging, weight gain, different make up, fillers that puff up the cheeks a bit, or botox. Plus maybe lip fillers? Her top lip kind of curls now when she speaks. She is still beautiful though, of course.

  • Yeah, I wasn't good at soccer in HS, hadn't played as long as the other girls, but they didn't put me down or torment/avoid me like some of my other "friends." We worked together for the team, even if that meant moving me around or cheering from the side. I find people who do sports have greater understandings of others much of the time and sounder morals.
