  • What I love about Marshawn is that while he speaks with a version of English that might make someone question how educated he is, if you listen to what he says, he has more intelligence and integrity than most of the people on this planet. I love how he respects people, even people who he may not like. He is careful with how he frames what he says. He truly lives by the mantra "treat people how you would want to be treated" even though they didn't treat him with the same kindness and respect. I really admire him. He lives right and he does right by people and he doesn't have to. It's all in his character. Take notes.

Russell literally tried to undermine Pete Carroll and John Schneider by getting them both fired, his ego outgrew the team very quickly after his rookie contract. Go watch his old press conferences and compare them to post 2018, he literally didn't talk about winning and putting the team first and foremost nearly as much as he used to.
