Kareem beats Michael in seasons played, minutes, shooting percentage, points eventhough he hit 1 three point shot his whole career, rebounds, ASSISTS, blocks, has 6 championships, 6 MVPs, 10 finals appearances. He actually beats Michael in every stat besides steals so obviously Michael is touchable. You just don’t know anything

  • Jordan would average 50 in today's game -- the greatest that I ever saw -- the clearcut GOAT. Others don't even come close. People like Lebron are manufactured by the media for clicks and views. But Jordan was clearly a cut above. Kobe was closest to him but even Kobe could not see Jordan. Unless you saw it, you will never truly know just how good he was. They played football against the man... beat him up... clogged the lane with big men... hand checked him... and they still could not stop him. Today, with the soft defense they play -- like I said -- 50 -- book it!! And year in, year out, he was the best defender in the game. He was a shutdown defenseman, even won Defensive Player of the Year. All this GOAT talk is laughable. Lebron choked in a number of Finals... had a number of meltdowns.... look up. Jordan never choked. When he lost after returning from baseball, he started the season MID-season. He was not in basketball shape. It had nothing to do with the addition of Rodman later. Once Jordan had a full season to get rid of his "baseball body" and get his basketball body back -- it was OVER!! He steamrolled everyone. The man is the clearcut GOAT! ......... And its not close.

    • Excellent comment!! If MJ played in today's era... he's 40+ a game EASILY. I would buy popcorn and eat it and I don't even like popcorn like that, but I'd be laughing uncontrollably... NOONE today plays D and MJ was DPOY and A NINE TIME 1st team Defensive PLAYER AGAINST LEGENDS who played Defense!!!! This goat debate is laughable... Bron is a great player but everyone who is trying to make him the GOAT by pointing out stats and longevity and Kareems record forget that Brons' nickname is LeCHOKE for a reason. There's only 3 players you should want to shoot the rock when the game is on the line.. Larry Legend, Black Mamba, and Black Jesus of who's the best of that bunch. People are doing Bron a greater disservice by still trying to compare!! MJ won 3 in a row... took off a year and came backhand won 3 more IN A ROW!!!!!!???? Bron will NEVER do that. He's a great player but too hyped up in this era. MJ was just on another planet with his skills. The man had NO weaknesses. Anytime you average 32ppg over 9 seasons and are selected DPOY 1st team lin all of them??? Jordan was BEAST MODE ALL THE TIME. He didn't need to "Flip the Switch" He only had one switch!!! WINNER switch.. The man played like the rent was due! Bron plays like he's asking his landlord for a payment plan. MJ GOAT!!! End this discussion please!!!!!

He’ll top many of the all time lists of the most coveted stats. But to me, the most accomplished doesn’t mean the best. In their prime, at their best, MJ was the best player I’ve ever seen play. On both ends of the court. People say LBJ can guard all 5 positions. MJ did that nightly. One of the best blocking guards in nba history. And at steals. Blocked centers n PF’s regularly. Dunked on them. 48” vert. 4.2 forty yard dash. Easily palm the ball. The most competitive person to ever live. LBJ is one of the greats. Perhaps most accomplished. Maybe your favorite. In NBA, they said all he can do is dunk - he became best midrange shooter in the game. Criticized as only a scorer - showed he was best defensive player… in the league! Told he’d never win titles, won 3-peat with mostly role players. After 2 years in baseball, doubters said he was through - won 3 more titles back-to-back-to back! • @@emack4371 You must be a LeBron fan. Kobe was Micheal. You can watch highlights next to each other, Kobe copied every one of MJ's moves. Put a Bulls jersey on him and you'd think it was MJ. I've been watching basketball a long time. Back when it was the NBA and the ABA. I should send you the best host comparison video out with MJ and James.

LeBron is a Great player but LeBrons greatness pales in comparison toJordans greatness.. Jordan is unstoppable incomparable and unmatched = Goat.

  • Damn, I wanted about 4 more hours of this… it’s just well thought out, very insightful, even, let’s say you may have never heard of Michael Jordan before and just ran across this; a person would still be intrigued by this. A person that gives you a lot to work with (Jordan)and you use it correctly, is the highest compliment I can give you. The only negative is, it wasn’t the four more hours I wrote about earlier. Excellent job. 🐐

  • It started because of Micheal Jordans mother. He didn't want to even go talk to Nike. His mother told him that he has to go because he said that he would and he has to be a man of his word. So Nike is still thanking his mother for blowing up a company making running shoes.

  • Bruh you are lost when you said jordan's style of play wouldnt work when you have guys like bradley beal, luka, giannis, and shai who are slighty average 3pt shooters averaging plus 30 a game. In a wide open league with no real bigs jordan would kill from the post, the mid post, the mid-range, and his slashing was on another level. He's the most efficient player ever and thats backed by PER, VORP average, and box plus-minus. Jordan's game would dominate any era due to the fact he can play in any system due to his offball abilities.

    @samuelhicks1268@samuelhicks126811 ай бұрын
    • Absolutely spot on. His offball intellect is ridiculous. MJ would score even MORE because of how open the paint is. Absolute garbage what these clowns be talking bout. Blasphemous……

  • That's the thing with Jordan. People feared him. I'm glad Ray Allen said Jordan's the GOAT. Ray Allen won a championship with LeBron. So he's probably got pretty good insight. Ray Allen also literally won that championship. Lebron huffed the game tying 3 game 6 2014 NBA finals. And Ray Allen hit a 3 at the buzzer bailing out LeBron and the heat went on to win game 6 and game 7 and a title. If Ray doesn't bail out LeBron, Spurs win 2014 NBA finals in 6.

  • Jordan style would work in the NBA today. He would have more spacing. He would work on his three intensely. He will be one of the best defenders he would show up every night. He would probably average 45 points a game. They were 33% more possessions in LeBron‘s era than in Jordans era. That’s more points, more assists, more rebounds. If DeMar DeRozan can average 27 points with his mid range game imagine MJ’s mid range game

  • MJ is the most statistically impactful player ever, going by per game advanced metrics. And who wouldn't? When was the last time a player won a championship because they surpassed some career total milestone? Never. When was the last time a player won a championship because he was the most impactful per game player during that season? MANY TIMES. You want the player who was the best game in and game out....not the player who accumulated stats by playing longer than anybody else. MJ is also the 'winningest' player in history. Winning as in official NBA accolades (rings, MVPs, All NBA etc). He won more than any other player ever. LeBron hasn't even caught Kareem in that regard. So we got MJ with the best individual stats and MJ with the most accolades on his resume. I mean, is that not the LITERAL definition of 'greatest of all time'?
