  • Four weeks ago, i was grocery shopping and my card had suddenly declined. I was about to put my grocerys back when the man behind me payed for them. I cried and sobbed until i calmed down. Then i turned to him and hugged him. I had never felt so blessed! Bless this earth and all the kind souls on it!

I saw a lady with a little kid and she didn't have money for milk and such so vendor took the items away and when I was paying for my items I told the vendor to hand me the 2 milks and some baby food the woman couldn't afford and the vendor looked at me and said "what? she didn't pay" and I told him "I know, I'm gonna pay". I could see how happy that woman was, she hugged me and thanked me and everything. It made my day too. :)

He's literally just a face so the other company can advertise their product to all the viewers. In this video he's not the one actually paying for them. And like he said they set him up with the store, they paid for the groceries, he just stood behind the "mark."

In case you don't know what funds are: dictionary.reference.com/browse/funds?s=t I'm sure he did slide a credit card, from either the company or even possibly using his own for pure convenience, but when he says they funded it he's saying they paid for it. So even if he put it on a personal card he got all of the money from them.

  • This makes me think of the time I was stranded 50 miles from home. My husband had been in an accident so I had rushed 98 miles to see him since he couldn't come home yet. I had been out of work for 7 months and had finally worked out a paying job so I had to go back home that night to make it to work the next day. I stopped around halfway through the trip home cuz I was almost out of gas and my card declined. I had no other way to pay for gas and knew I wouldn't make it home. I went inside to ask if there was a way to type in my husband's card number but they said they couldn't. My kids were still in the car and wasn't sure what I would do if we had to sleep in the van overnight. I was about to break down crying. It was just the cherry on top of a horrible year. An older lady came up from behind the counter and gave me $40. She even came outside in the freezing cold to make sure it would fill my tank enough to make it home. I went back a week later and repaid the $40 to her. She was so surprised. She said she had given money to so many people who had been stranded but I was the first person to ever give it back. She gave my little ones a hug and said to come back anytime. Anytime we had to make a pit stop going back and forth I stop there to say hi every now and then.

  • Goodness all around. When I was 10 years old (now 49) my third grade teacher planted a little seed of goodness in my heart. Mrs. McKay handed me a handful of tickets. These tickets could be used on food and games at our yearly school winter festival, she knew many kids came from low income families. Anytime I could afford to pay for people's groceries, I think and say a silent prayer for Mrs. McKay. ❤❤

    • They aren't living hard times at all. The women in the video are unnaturally buff, thick immigrants who took advantage of the sexist (misandrist) family-court system so that they could dump their husbands and become single mothers. There's no real excuse for them being single mothers since they're attractive and can marry any man that they want. Tell me this: why don't they marry Indian or Chinese tech workers? Plenty of them around. And the guy doing this video is NOT doing this out of the goodness of his heart. He's doing it so that he can get laid. Don't believe? Then ask yourself this: why did he *only* choose thick milfs? He didn't help any men.

    • @Mitchell Bruce Sioni What about my comment is hilarious? And what exactly did you disagree with? Please explain. I welcome civil discussion. Do you somehow think that one is "forced" into being a single mother? Or that blue-collar Latina women shouldn't marry foreign Asian tech workers? And if the guy in the video is doing this out of the "goodness of his heart," then why did he HUG them? Face it, he's just trying to score with older, single mother milfs. Hence why he ONLY chose to pay for the groceries of single mothers.

Then He clarified how [that recording should occur:] whoever decided to do a good deed but he did not do it, Allah records it with Him as a complete good deed. And if he decided to do it and actually did it, Allah records it with Him as ten good deeds up to seven hundred up to many times over. If he decided to do an evil deed but he did not do it, Allah records it with Him as one complete good deed. If he decided to do it and he actually did it, Allah records it as one evil deed.” (Recorded by al-Bukhari and Muslim)

It kinda broke my heart I told the cashier to put all that in my bill and pass the stuff onto the girl, telling her her payment got approved. The happiness I witnessed in that girls eyes could never be earned not even by me earning millions and trillions of dollars. How ever when the cashier rang up my items the bill was more than I could pay. After I explained I'd have to return some of the items, 3 women behind me in line said they would pay for me. I cried so hard because of their kindness I could not even say "thank you" to them! Now I am on my feet financially but I've never forgotten the kindness of these strangers! Today, I try to help others to "pay it forward!"

  • Once I was traveling with my mom in China (we love the culture and everything about it) and my mom told me to go to the store across the street from the hotel to get some food and drinks, and I saw this woman and 2 kids. Her daughter went and picked out some candy that her mom told her she could have- when she brought it to the cash the mom didn't have enough money for it and she said, maybe next time. The daughter said "You said that last time! Please..?" "Next time sweetie." So they left and the cashier took the candy, so I bought the candy and ran to the woman and kids, I gave them the candy. The mother was crying and she hugged me and couldn't stop saying thank you. I didn't just make her day, I made mine too.

And the guy behind me was having the worst luck with sodas that had burst. My cashier went back to help him, and I said I was gonna start filling out my check, she said no,Michelle, wait a minute, she came back and was punching in numbers, handed me my reciept, and told me my groceries were paid for. We're struggling like anyone else in America now, I only had what we needed, no wants, and you know how hard that is when you have 2 kids w\ you, they want everything. But I asked her who did this, and she said an Angel, I said I know, but I want to thank them, and she told me it was the man behind me. I approached him, thanked him so much, and asked if I could give him a hug, I did, I got sooo teary eyed, and he said God Bless me and my girls., I blessed him back. He told me that if one day, if he was having trouble, that someone would help him too. There are TRULY AWESOME People out there !!!! That was a first for me, hopefully I can do for someone else who might or may not be struggling with life, or monetary problems. Have a Blessed Day !!!

  • This reminds me of a time when I was a kid in San Diego… I took the bus every day to get to work and suddenly one day the bus fare changed and it was like 50¢ extra. I didn’t have enough after I deposited my usual, and came up 50¢ short obviously. The bus driver rudely told me the fare changed and asked me if I had enough and then told me “Now you’re holding all these people up” before he kicked me off, and I didn’t even get my 2.50 back. I will never forget that man, and I remember exactly what he looked like.

It was a kooky barbie skateboard thing and a water balloon toy. Bought them both then went back to find this lady and her kids. I think she thought I was some maniac at first. But, I assured her I just wanted her kids to have the toys they wanted. She broke down and so did I. It seemed quite tough for her to accept. Glad she did. Those kids thanked me about 100 times each. The world doesn't revolve around politics. It revolves around us.

  • Reading some of these comments really puts into perspective how negative we've become as a culture. Here you have a guy paying for people's groceries and people are doing everything they can to somehow negate the guy's kindness. Whether it be "those people don't look poor" or "he's doing it for attention", there's always some kind of negativity being brought up. It doesn't matter why he's doing it or who he is helping, all that matters is that he's helping. Look at the reactions on these people's faces and try to tell me it wasn't worth it. These people are genuinely happy and thankful for such a blessing.

    @governmentscheisse@governmentscheisse10 жыл бұрын
    • Gov - I agree with you! Most people are so negative - I think part of it is like the "he's doing it for attention" a part of them are embarrassed because they didn't think of it or do it first, others just wish they were the receiver instead of some "loser" on the street! I haven't even watched the vid yet, but I did see another one by this guy and you are so right - the looks on people's faces is absolutely the best thing you could ever have! When they finally realize you are really doing this and there's no "trick", they just melt! And, unfortunately, some of them will go buy booze or drugs, but the ones that use the money to help themselves (buying socks, shoes, ,shirts, etc.) makes it all worthwhile!

  • Sometimes, a person's generosity can be taken the wrong way. I happened to be in the check-out line at the supermarket, and the gentleman in front of me was seemingly having trouble getting his credit/debit card to go through, and he seemed to be getting more and more flustered. There was a young girl in his cart, I'd say 3 or 4 years old. I assumed she was his daughter. So I went up to him and said "Sir, I'd be more than happy to take care of your groceries for you." And by the expression on his face, it looked liked he was insulted. He said "I can afford to buy my own groceries, I'm just having trouble with my card." He then proceeded to walk out the door with only his daughter in the cart. I felt bad and thought maybe I jumped too quickly to conclusions in this particular case. The last thing I wanted to do was hurt his pride or make him feel inadequate. But I can definitely understand why he might've felt that way. I just have to remember to be more tactful next time.

  • One day I went into my local save-a-lot and was getting basic groceries for my mom. I went to pay and realized I was about 5 dollars short. I told the cashier I was so sorry but there was nothing I could put back. I had to have all of it for my mother. I then told her I would be right back and she could move on to the next customer as I had to go out to the car for more money (I didn’t know if there was even enough outside as I was going to be digging for change) and then a kind man that was in the line behind me stepped up. He asked how much I was short and seen the look in my eyes. I was worried that I wouldn’t have enough even in the car. He could somehow sense it. He then pulled out his wallet and payed for everything and told me to put my money back in my pocket and told be to have a blessed day. 2 weeks later I was at Dairy Queen with a couple of my friends when I realized I didn’t have enough for my food. I told my friends that I wasn’t really hungry and I would wait until later. I sat with them as they ate and I noticed a older couple kept looking over. They weren’t being rude or anything I could just tell they were watching. The lady then got up and walked over to our table. She apologized for interrupting and asked if she could talk to me for a second. I was wondering why but I told her yes and got up. I followed her to the other part of the Dairy Queen away from my friends and she asked if I was hungry. I told her a little bit I would be okay. She then asked if I had enough for something to eat. I looked down because I was embarrassed but she hugged me told me to go to the counter and order anything I want. I asked her if she was sure and she shook her head yes. I asked her if it was okay that I got a 3 pc chicken basket. She then told the cashier to make it an 8 pc meal with a drink and fry. I looked over back at my friends and they were done eating. They had to be somewhere right after so they left before I got my food. She then asked if I wanted to join her and her husband. They were also done eating but they sat with me and made sure I wasn’t eating alone. She then told me that they were travelers and were from out of state. Alabama I think it was. The nicest people I have ever met in my entire life. She gave me a 5 dollar bill afterwards and told me to have a good day. I have never wanted to meet someone again so bad in my life. I wish I could thank her for completely changing my outlook on other people. Kindness is out there even though sometimes it’s hard to find. She helped me more than she knows. Kindness is key❤️

While shopping we pick ppl who might be in need and tell them to pick one and they won’t know the worth until they buy their groceries. We had one card left and were heading to check out and we saw a young mom with a toddler in the next line. We gave her the last card. As we were checking out we saw her crying, she got the 50.00 card!! We were all crying, she said she was new to Delaware and didn’t know anyone. As I think back, I wish I would of bought her groceries. There’s such a joy in helping others and you never know how far it will go.🥰🙏🏼

  • The 3rd group is my cousins, shopping for food to feed a large group of Samoan/Hawaiian family as everyone comes to town for the funeral of their sister who passed away the day before. Thank you so much for that, you really don't know what it means to us. We're all struggling this time of year, but the good you did in this video shows more about you as fellow human beings than just pranksters (which are funny vids as well). Great laughs in your other videos, and great service in this one. Fa'afetai lava. To the rest of you commenting who can't seem to understand because your mommy and daddy still pay for everything for you, or you're sitting at home like a 4ever alone neckbeard snacking on cheetos and ramen noodles on a daily basis and fapping to whatever gets your rocks off, go shop for a family every couple days, every week, and see how much money you spend. It's a lot of money every week, on top of a mortgage and maybe car payment, as well as supporting 2-3 kids in school, not to mention the daily/weekly cost of gas, home improvement items, and other small things. It adds up. Instead of complaining about people getting emotional, try opening your eyes to the beauty of service to others, to the fact that this really made a difference in a hard time of year, or a hard time of their life. Or go back to assuming you've learned everything sitting in your parents' basement browsing reddit. It's okay, you have to grow up sooner or later.

  • I think stores should do this. It hardly cuts into profits, just one customer per day gets free groceries. And just take a 30 sec clip of people's reactions and make it into a commercial. Boom. Cool little gimmick plus a heartwarming little commercial.

    @bmx98583@bmx9858310 жыл бұрын
    • i disagreed until you brought up the commerical. Stores would lose a good amount of omney but they should make it all back if not more with the commericial

      @mikeyyy97@mikeyyy9710 жыл бұрын
    • They wouldn't even lose that much if it was a fairly busy store. Like Walmart for example. It wouldn't hurt to pay for one persons groceries when you have nearly 1,000 people shopping there every day...

      @Mark01gt@Mark01gt9 жыл бұрын
    • Mark01gt Did they say they don't deserve shit? Pretty sure they just said it's sad to see people cry out of happiness because they got $200 of food, whereas other people are drinking or wearing THOUSANDS of dollars worth of whatever. That statement does not change regardless of how the people got their thousands. However, in response to your silly reply...the vast majority of richest people currently, didn't work hard for their money. they were born into it and it keeps compiling.

  • I remember when I was 10 years old, standing in line, counting every cent to buy a big bag of chips with my friends.. and then the man in front said he can pay for us. He payed and gave me a sticker that he got when he was small like me from a lady who payed for him. He told me when I grow up, I should do the same and pass on the sticker. Haven't gotten the chance to yet but I will for sure. Every time I remember him, I get a warm feeling inside even though he didn't do much but it really brightened my day. I aspire to be like him one day.

  • We were at a pizza place one time and my whole family was there! We ordered around 300 dollars of food and when it was time to pay we asked for the bill and the server said it was payed for by the man at the table next to us. He left before we finished and even left a 20 dollar tip for the server! We never even got to thank him! Amazing man!

  • I do this too already. But you guys are making it look like the Store is covering the bill. I have my army that works with me, usually a register manager. I give my card to him or her, before I enter the store then follow around a worthy candidate. The register manager is always at the front end and looks for me to approach the registers. I follow behind the person and when they cash out the front manager comes over with my card and swipes it for them. Only telling them someone paid for their groceries today. Not having any idea I'm standing right behind them. Their left SHITLESS. The looks on their faces is priceless. I make enough - give the rest away.
