Bc I am a track guy pay attention to their arms.. They're are all over the place.. they must have balance and rhythm and the arms keep it synchronized.

Are those black boards anything special, or set up in a special way to get that bounce back, or are they just generic boards?
Normal generic boards, mate! You can either DIY or SKLZ has got a board which is more flexible.
'you never dribble like this..' most wide attackers dribble like that when 1 on 1
