    • And you know what? Instead of just saying OK, that is the moment he SHOULD be confronting the person with something that shows their answer is wrong. So many times he says, "Isn;t it true that XYZ?" And the person just answers "No." That is when normal lawyers pull out some interview or previous statement where it says the opposite...instead he just says "OK." Prior ain't bringin' no receipts because he don't have none!

The best he could do was to say people in new relationships, swept up in the passion say things they not only don't mean but once things progress, would no longer mean.

    • Thank you, @Punky! I’m SO angry that JJ was brought up at all in the context of his behavior. MANY autistic children become easily frustrated, and it takes proper love and care and TIME for these children to grow past various kinds of disturbance behavior. Poor JJ was surrounded with whackadoodle adults. They make me want to throw things now!!!!

    • The strategy in defense is to prove reasonable doubt. They don’t have to prove innocence , just reasonable doubt .. and they’ll do whatever jr takes to put that doubt into the jury’s minds , which is why they wanna put ideas of others being potentially guilty , as it takes that focus off the defendant. Just defense strategy
