OK he might not have wanted to win the title that way, BUUTT he did want a way out of that fight, cos he knew he was losing that, he was taking an L. He wanted a chance to GTFO there and live to fight another day. He said himself he thought he was 2 rounds down, then he sed (after the knee) ".....It would be ego if i went back in there, it would only be to take more punishment" which tells me that in his mind he was already taking punishment. • Bruh he just gassed out after first round coming out so hard and aggressive. Hell learn for next fight. And now he knows his chances of a takedown are slim. He also will work on his striking. He purposely fell after getting hit by jan to bait jan to get on top so alja could submit him but jan played it smart. You say shitty performance..i say great fight from both fighters. If you did what alja went out there and did and got kneed in your head like that, youd be running to mama so dont talk about the homie like you been through any wars.
