Building the rear floors that are tricky cause the seat itself drops below where the floor is. some thinking had to be done to figure this one out

Tony keep doing what you've been doing with your videos please. The explanations are a great insight into your approach and planning. Another great episode!
Tony, keep a little bottle of rubbing alcohol on your shelf. It takes that black marker off like nothing else. It's such a pleasure watching your vision flow from your brain, through your arms, and out your hands. Absolutely magnificent.
Beautiful work. Your strategy is so interesting to see, simple and practical. I enjoy your precise fit and finish. What an artist! And thanks for the shirt and sticker. You rock Fitzee!
41:32 "don't you just love welding n grinding" - tis why we're here sensei 😊 floor pans are "unique", magnifique !
Tony, I just want to thank you! Your knowledge and experience is second to none! I learn something every time I watch you in action, not that I can do what you do, but, I try... You are so detailed, love the detail. Thank you! Time to order another sweatshirt, my wife shrank the last one, now she wears it...
Great job Fitzee, i can't wait to see Crusty make his (or her) first pass down the track!
You made that look easy Fitzee but that was a pretty awkward shape to get right ! Nice job old crustys really coming together 👍
Not much crust anymore.
Those floor pans are a work of art, Tony! You make it look so easy!
😁 Love it can't get enough of your labors and "TIPS" Thanks Tony!
Hi Tony and Peanut, just found a chance to view your video. Thanks once again! 👍💪✌
I think you could probably build a whole car from the ground up with those skills!
Amazing fit Tony but somehow I'm not surprised, you have a great eye for what needs to go where, beautiful work as always
Tony I've told you before you're a genius! Indeed you are. All the best.
PERFECTION very well done sir Tony not the recycled pop cans they use to build today's cars. Thank you for sharing great video
The Magic Man Fitzee never fails to Amaze Us. Great Job as Usual.!
That is a lot of work in a short time, excellent job, looking great, thanks for sharing, all the best to you and your loved ones
Top work as per usual Tony. It's a pleasure to watch you work and the tips are great.
Complicated pieces, you worked them out really good.
“Factory” 😂 your works is better, sometimes stronger than factory, you are welding a sardine tin to real steel lol thanks for sharing Tony, always something to learn 🙂👍
Thanks for all the work in making these videos too!
25 minutes in - the i beam is brilliance !!! one of those things you may not appreciate if it was a time - lapse video !! 👍🏻…. Same with 29 minutes finesse on the trusty vice !! 🤙🏻
Tony, the floor in this car look's totally factory! Must admit, Nice work Tony...cheers.
Thanks for explaining how to do it right. Those floors look great. The factory could not have made them better
Awesome work I'm amazed how great everything comes out with such simple tools great explanations too without any drama.
Nice work as always Tony, are you sure your not a tailor...lol.. some mad skills you have there.. I wish I lived where you are, I am sure you would make a excellent teacher to some willing apprentice...lol.. Forgot to mention, maybe someone should sponsor a sand blaster..
Thanks for sharing with us.
Hey Tony, thanks again for another great video. My shop isn't heated so the last couple weeks have been given me several opportunities to keep going on the body work. I'm a mechanic by trade so my comfort levels are in the chassis work and I don't mind the cold doing that. The back of the cab on 65 F350 got banged up pretty good when the dump hoist broke loose ( at least this is what I think happened) and hit the back of the cab. Where I can't get at it from inside the cab, below the floor, I'll have to drill the spot welds and cut the panel open to straighten and do the rust repair. All sorts of fun!😊 Your videos have helped so much over the last two years and shown me that I can get it done with the tools I have. Thanks!
Fitzee's Fabracations is Factory. Nice work Fitzee 👏 👌 👍
One step closer man!!!! Awesome
terrific job, many thanks for sharing your knowledge and experience 👍👍👍👍👌👌👌👌😊😊
good use of the multi modified bead roller ;-) Just about the right amount of description along with only showing the work for one side out of two. Like you said, cant please them all!
You haven't put a tap on that pushrod air tool yet! Might have to put that on the "to do list".
Hey Fitzee. You are doing a great job on the floor. It is way better than a factory for sure. I sure learn a lot of little tricks and tips when watching you. Thanks for sharing. 👍👍🍁
Nice work Tony! You got the noggin and the hands synchronized in order to pull those floor pans off!
it is a prototyping work, this Corolla will be so unique I'm anxious to see that Toyota on the road. very good tutorial very good video
cool to see your quick stitching
Very nice work Tony looks great
True workmanship - again.
Floor panel's look great😊😊😊😊😊
Fitzze that beed roll would be nice to have make my floor pans trunk pans but when you're on budget its kinda hard you're good teacher
Once again beautiful job Fitz
Very entertaining. Brilliant.
Fantastic job tony. As always ur skills are amazing
You do excellent work. Love your videos 😊 on keepen on.
Nice!!!! Looking good Tony!!!!!
Building a tank there Fitzee 😂❤
Crusty is really looking great 👌👍
Clever job sir!👍
Wow. Impressive fitzee. Love how it fits together
Great function and fit, very nice work.
A days worth of work for something that took 2 seconds to stamp out in the factory 🤣 beautiful work, yours would actually be much stronger with all the welded corners than a stamped factory one 👍
It's looking awesome 👍 nice job
Wow, great work.
👀Looking rather spiffy🤪 Nice 👌
Oh no ...... another template. I remember you saying quite some time ago that you don't make templates. Times change and necessity rules. Yep, they are necessary sometimes. Pretty hard to do this job without one!
Nice clean work Fitzee as ever
The tips were good!
Nice job Fitzee 👍
Brilliant!👌👌👌
Looks very good!
nice work!🖖
Thank you. Very good job.
Looks good.
Looks Awesome!!!
Excellent!
Looking perfecto ! !
Great work!
Great job Tony
The shop inspector is still on winter break, taking advantage of the free TV in the heated condo.
Over 9k views and only 1.4k likes. I wonder why people don't click the like when they watch the video. KZhead doesn't show dislikes anymore, but who could dislike the intricate details of making custom parts for Crusty?
Good work Tony
I know that you are a very talented body man and you can see it in your work. I know that you still have the passion to do it. That is the key. I have learned a lot from your video's. I have got a question when you where putting the beads in and the roller body was in your way could you gone to the otherside of the beadroller and do it in reverse? Just a thought Cheers
I think I would have had to flip the dies and do it up sidedown. It would of been facing out then
I'm curious about the show you were watching on tv , Reagan, wanted poster, Drag Racing, hard to imagine a connection? Thanks for the entertainment as well as teaching me.
Rum running, Nascar. And Jimmy Johnson
Whenever I"m making something, sometimes I'll stop and think; "what would FItzee do here?" Thanks
I can relate …. What I may have lapped in my trunk floor of my nova , I would now cut and butt all the open areas
Looks great. Did you say in an earlier video the body will be removable ? I’m curious to see how your going to accomplish that .
No I said the body would be removed to weld up frame and cage. It's a permanent fixture now
Hey Fitzie, great one again ❤ This shelving is serving you well 👍 How much of it you still have?
Sure there is another 4 or 5 sheet out there
I often ask myself what would fitzee do. That and puddins fan shop "sitting on your ass won t finish your project" when I am needing motivation.
I don't have access to a bead roller but now I am kicking myself for not attempting to do some better hand-forming when I rebuilt the front floor in my Corvair panel van. Some "factory creases" would have been the cat's ass, instead of just using thicker metal.
Now I see why math is important in school…
👍👍
Fitzze i got question man when weld patch panels do you butt weld or do you lap weld putting it patches in
I lap tach then cut and butt the panels
😊
Once you install seat , looks like might be hard to reach seat bolts ,
No get them from under car.
Better than factory.
Where are you located? I'm in Upper MI and have a very crusty floor project going on. I could email some pics
From Newfoundland Canada
Yeah man, your goatee looks pretty evil in the thumbnail. Were you going for that?
Hahaha. No
So do you still use the bolt holes to bolt the floor pan in even if it's welded onto the frame? or do you fill those in with rubber grommets?
Those are seat mounting holes
AHHHH.. I see. I didn't think about that. In fact, it never crossed my mind. Thanks for the reply! Love your videos!! @@fitzeesfabrications
15:40 Tony, would you be able to swap the dies (top for bottom to effectively change the side being beadrolled to mean the panel could be out the other way? Fixing the issue of the depth of the throat?
Yes. But too much trouble for what was doing.lol
🥓
Starting to look like something.
Wow,first comment !
Could make your videos much more efficient with time-lapse!! To much explanations .
Some like it some don't. Can't please everyone
Explanation is what keeps bringing most of us back......
NO!!! I watch 3 fabrication channels, and Tony is the only guy who doesn't KZhead music me to deth, please don't.:)
I don't know about anybody else but I'm here to learn college education at KZhead price can't beat it👍
Cooking channel waiting for you ?
