Ahead of our Premier League season opener on Saturday, we take a look back at a classic PL match between the two rivals from 1996, as a Roy Keane strike secured all three points for the Reds and boosted their title hopes against a Leeds side forced to play the majority of the match with defender Lucas Radebe in goal.

  • Andy Gray was so promising, he ran the show in the first half. I remember he lobbed Schmeichel from long range but it hit the bar. Not sure why its not in the highlights.

  • Now Varane won’t get as much appreciation as he could’ve gotten because you’ve ruined the whole deal, same as Sancho, two brilliant signings ruined by a below-standard transfer window and idiots who run the club.
