The US Open is the final Grand Slam of the year and takes place at the USTA Billie Jean King National Tennis Center. The 2021 US Open saw Russia's Daniil Medvedev and Great Britain's Emma Raducanu claim the men's and women's singles titles. It was both players' first major title, with 18-year-old Raducanu becoming the first-ever qualifier to achieve the feat. The 2022 US Open main draw is scheduled to go ahead between August 30 - September 11.

Crazy how 9 months later they’re both top 10 seeds at Roland Garros
More like crazy how 9 months later one is part of the favorites at roland garros at 19 yo, while the other just broke into the top 10 at the end of last year.

Even more crazy, a year later at this years US Open, they’re both top 8 seeds and unlikely to meet until at least a semi or final. Testament to both of their excellent trajectories since last year or in Cams case since 2020

Carlos was in the gym & on the practice courts working his tail off! The physique here compared to now is astounding.
