My coworkers and I have a band. We stopped at a "big box" music store to pick up a few little things. Just as we were leaving a group of teen aged boys strutted in. Then one started playing the drums. The other guys started grabbing guitars off the wall. One of kids said "hey old man...this is how it's done". They started playing...God knows what...and proceeded to embarrass themselves. So...my buddies and I picked up the guitars and our band's drummer sat behind the drum kit. The kids started laughing at us. We are 5 guys in our 60's still in our business suits. We played one song "immortal sin" just like on the album. We put the guitars back on the wall and walked out. You could have heard pain drop. Love that song!

I saw Fight with my brother and 2 cousins at Coogee. Sydney Aust. , mid 90s. We're all Priest fans. Rob did an in store meet n greet . I went by myself and he autographed my British Steel CD. I met my musical idol. After the Fight concert, all 4 of us had sore necks for the next few days. It was brutal, bad ass Halford metal. Awesome albulm, awesome gig . Memories.
Rob Halford Amazing Singer!!!🎤👏👏👏
Loved fight! Love everything Rob's done. Amazing career, but his solo ventures were definitely under-rated .
When Metal is this good, it cannot die.
Rob's band Fight was awesome. I have War of Words on cassette still ha ha.
Me too! I thought I was the last one! Lol
Jim Rogers Me too
Defensa Jurídica Integral THE METAL GOD!!! 'Nuff said.
Me too. Way ahead of its time.
Saw them open for Anthrax at a bar in Phoenix back in 94. They were fuckn awesome.
Rob's voice,Rob's charisma could be recognized any band, any sole, amy song !!!Rob the Great!!!
The mastering and producing is great.
I am 42 and this is still bad ass 2021!! 4:02 is why they call him a Metal God 🤘🤘.
im 47...youll never catch me lol...cheers bro
I think that's the highlight of the song.
Long time Priest fan, just discovering Rob’s solo projects. Underrated is an understatement. He left and took a risk, allowing for a bit more freedom of expression. Such a talent, may you live forever Metal God \m/
I always felt that this band was very underrated, their 2 albums were great. Rob's solo career was amazing too and it's great that he returned to JP but this was great
Satchel from Steel Panther on guitar too :)
kalodner666 really? That's cool 😎
Satchel on guitar!!! ✌🏻🤘🏻
the best album Rob halford has ever put out can't get enough since the day it came out
METAL GOD, No OTHER!!!!!
Ozzy ?
Ozzy isnt really Metal and Ozzy is retiring this year Robs still rolling with Judas Priest and hasnt lost it.
Ozzy is the price of Darkness.
@@kestutiszanevicius2067 Lammy is king, Ozzy is Prince but Rob is God

People dont understand just how FCUKING HEAVY Fight truly was! The very first time i heard any of Fight, I was like 😮😊. This is one group i wish i could've seen live. Only born in 87, I missed out on seeing Metal during its ABSOLUTE PEAK between 1980-1995 or so. SO MANY concerts and memorable times! Nothing i can do but just keep on supporting the dream, metal!
I loved seeing Fight live. Such an incredible band. I miss hearing their songs. I'd love for a reunion tour and new album.
I have never seen them, but I would drive few hundred kilometers to see them. I love them more than 30 years now.
The band was amazing live. True to their sound.
This first fight record was just as good as the first vanhalen..or guns an roses first..great heavy metal!! It's my favorite stuff to cover by halford..I sing too..I've been rocking priest since sad wings..I'm 60💪🇺🇲🇺🇦
[lyrics] Torn by the wrath that burns like a buried flame Crossed in the heart from this voice thats a nagging pain Snared to the book of God with a twisted fear Help me from being damned by a righteous spear It's immortal sin It's immortal sin It's immortal sin Chained with a crooked stare that conceals a lie Choked on a love that's judged from an evil eye Lost in a world of hurt through a sense of doubt Take all the numbing grief let the poison out It's immortal sin It's immortal sin It's immortal sin It's immortal sin It's immortal sin It's immortal sin Torn by the wrath that burns like a buried flame It's immortal sin It's immortal sin It's immortal sin
It’s crazy how at any time this man with a deep voice could take it as high as he wanted
His voice is naturally high layed.
@@EleovnyWhat?
That, my friend, is a truly talented vocalist. Born, not made. He was brought into our lives by the Metal Gods above!
@@JudasSlays2426 i just meant what you just said ;) was my english that bad?
I whent to see Fight in St Kilda back in the day and I have to say still the best concert I have ever seen they were on fire so cool I wish music was that good today #best time for music 90s
I love the War of Words Album!!! Makes me remember two legendary nights with Fight and The Organisation (ex Death Angel) kicking ass live in Germany,October 1993!!!
This is pure and unadulterated metal.
Fight and 2wo are my favorite non-Priest Rob Halford projects
I can't believe I just found this. This band is awesome. Wish I had found this earlier.
Wasn't fortunate enough to see Judas Priest live but got to see Fight live during their war of words tour. And they especially Rob didn't disappoint. I liked the bass influenced slow tempo wailing vocals Fight produced. Long live Metal 🤘🤘❤
being it's Halford, it's not said enough that the guitar players on this album are insane
Russ Parish is now Satchel in Steel Panther
Never forget this band. I can die happy that i got to see them live. FIGHT!🤘🤘🤘
I still think even now that fights war of word was rob Halfords best album ever.
Rob your Voice is so brilliant....
I am a huge Priest fan, but I was today old when I found out about Fight, wth??? Damn I love his vocals high or low. FOREVER MY METAL GOD.
I'm a Judas Priest fan since 20 years and it would be an honor to meet you guys in person!!
Rob Halford is incredible
Escuché "War of Words " por primera vez haciendo fila para entrar a un concierto en el año 94. Desde entonces he seguido escuchando ese disco casi adictivamente muchísimas veces hasta el día de hoy, es sin duda uno de mis discos favoritos de la vida.
Though I know every Rob's song, though I watched videos with him thousand times, but when I watch some Judas Priest video after this one (Johnny B. Goode, for example was only 5 years before that video) I'm always being shocked how dramatically he changed his style, look and Voice! What a change! Definitely, Rob Halford is The Master of Changes (and not the Victim like you could think =)
Go listen to early Priest. Songs like Rocka rolla or Take on the world ... totally different styles.
One of my favorite shows EVER!!!! Night before Thanksgiving 1993, at Harpos in Detroit Rock City!!!!! Fight and Cathedral opened!!!!!!
This message is for the entire band... Driving home to Wittmann from my night shift at Walmart in Glendale Az. Listening to Freewheel Burning via bluetooth and just as I was cruising the newly paved Loop 303... As the lyrick "WE'RE SPITTING FLAMES" was sung...a Fucking shooting star ripped across the night desert sky! I knew right then and there that "METAL RULES THE WORLD"! Yeah! That was HEAVY DUTY!⚙🔥🤘⛓🎼🎧🎹🎙🥁🤪
I WISH FIGHT WOULD COME BACK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
That heavy groove is badass.
I was lucky enough to catch this Band live In Reno Nv ...small Venue got blasted!!! 🤘🏻😎🤘🏻
🤘🪽
Inmortal Sin. Clásico 🤟🏼👊🏼
This is a TOTALLY underrated album! Killer metal, Halford style, every track is solid. My go-to with noise cancelling headphones when on a plane. Anyone who hates on Fight hates on Metal.
Máxima calidad.
This album is great. Love it!!
Halford-tera. Ha! Reminds me of living in Mesa, AZ in the early 90's - they would play Fight on the local rock station all the time, since most of the members were local, including Rob.
The man is a true artist ❤
Two and Fight Rob living his truth, it's a shame he felt like he had to wait so long in his life to come out. Have so much respect and admiration for him🤘🤘 Best wishes from Phoenix♥️
That’s the truth!
One of the "Truly Best Guitar Intro's" ever for this style! A simple but aggressive "one take" that is so in your face. Love it!
Oh how much I love this album! And the concert was absolutely amazing... 🤘🏻
The album was a total treat - catchy songs, Rob's voice and Excellent lead work to top it off.
Luck I met Rob out front of whiskey go go back when stained class album was released, will never forget that show it was amazing. The guitar riff is the fuckn truth.
What was he like?
What a killer RIFF!!!
Can't get enought volume to this song! lml

+andrew vincent Man in the Box.
At least I''m not the only one who noticed.
andrew vincent faster we run

That drums and guitar make you want to Stay Metal. Robs voice is killer. still is.
4:02 I love that part
Classic metal with a Rob seal of approval.
Judas Priest meets Pantera
That was part of the inspiration for Fight Rob heard them and other groove metal bands that were out at the time . Fight=groove metal! and it was good! except maybe the remixes lol
Hahaha EXACYLY what I thought
Yes!!!!!!!! But much better
I feel more Corrosion Of Conformity or Black Label Society than Pantera in this, but to each their own.
You put your balls to the wall now
My coworkers and I have a band.
Nice!
... and then everyone clapped.
One of the heaviest and hardest songs ever. Just love it!
Fight is an absolutely brilliant groove metal band of all times.
Rob Halford... Fuck... absolute God in Metal, We've lost Dio, Kilmister, and a shit load of some real pioneers of Metal... Thank God for KZhead so all their material can live on!!! Judas Priest is one band... seriously.. the fans will never let them retire lol....
Fight War of Words what an Amazing album!! Super Heavy!! 🤘🤘🤘🤘
This has to be one of if not the best Rob Halford song. It ROCKS and it's heavy! Can't wait for his memoir 👍
Never gets old , never gets old.
Greatest Voice Ever Greatest Album EVER Greatest .Meatl GOD👿👺
All of the Metal God's projects were totally awesome!! How can you beat great musicians and the greatest metal voice!? Ya can't!! Totally underrated but Halfords fan's now!!
whatever this man touch is straight of fire
2019...Still banging my head to FIGHT!!
Halford 😍
Grew up listening and seeing priest live 8 times it’s 2019 I am 57 yrs old and when I listen to Hanford and Judas Priest so do my neighbors... it’s immortal sin
I haven’t heard this song in ages but today found myself singing this song
Rob Halford gets better at Judas Priest, but this band is good too and I like the sound, something new to me
Caramba tu tmb por aqui?
That is industrial
@@masternekit5107 what? No it isn't
Fight's first album was awesome. Btw there's no need of anymore coments pointing on Russ aka Satchel
Yes there is for he is a most underrated guitar player
You mean Satchel was in Fight?
@@wegotthisremember3110 dude, Satchel is the guitarist from the right side, the one with the weird hat :D
Metal god , Halfords metal supremacy cannot be denied 🙇♂️
Saw Fight in London in about '93 at the Astoria or Marquee. Always remember Halford in his Union Jack D.M. boots looking a little nervous at how the crowd would react, but the gig was amazing.
Halford simplemente el Dios del Metal
This band kicks ASS! Thank you Rob for doing this 🤟
Rob Halford= Epic. period. Whatever he does, he does it best.
God damn halford is a beast
Somebody in 2019 greetings from Cuba
Rob looks like Lord Voldemort
No man the other way around. Voldemort is a boy Halford is aGOD
