    • @@hellothere3250 Hello There! I can't say I really know a lot about it, but there was so much progress half a century ago because of the fierce competition - that being between the space race between the United States and Soviet Union. Once that race ended, there was no longer as much incentive for governments to fund progress in space, so almost none has been made. This part I don't know much about either, but I think one of the main reasons behind starting private rocket-making businesses like SpaceX was to stimulate that competition again, and Blue Origin is some of that competition. This may not be much of an improvement from the last generation, but that might be because it could be just the start of a new wave of progress.

I witnessed four strange lights that hovered over the mountain range where blue origin resides. They came on and went off within 10 seconds. I wasn’t able to get a photo but my coworker riding with me seen them to! These lights look like four separate objects. Believe it or not. I have no reason to lie. Just putting this out there in case someone else starts seeing lights in the sky above Blue Origins west Texas facility.

    • I don't see why there should be a "next step" between this and an orbital flight. And SpaceX already made an orbital flight with "regular people". So you want a bigger rocket with more fuel so that it goes higher? What exactly do you mean with "20 minutes in space"? 20 minutes beyond 100 km? 20 minutes between "engine stops" and "parachute opens?

    @mrwinston_thepug@mrwinston_thepug2 жыл бұрын
    • WRONG! The FAA has issued civilian astronaut wings for years. Many people have gone, including some who traveled on the Space Shuttle strictly as observers. Anyone who crossed the Karman line during flight is considered an astronaut. Research before making assumptions.

    • @@ryanbagnal3118 WRONG! lol DO YOUR RESEARCH! lol Per my research- It can take up to two years of training to become a fully qualified astronaut. Candidates must learn the basics of the Space Shuttle and the International Space Station. They must also learn how to be part of a team by flying the NASA T-38 training jets. Astronauts also take classes.Apr 9, 2009

    • @@mrwinston_thepug I am VERY familiar with NASA, and you obviously cannot read. I said NASA gives COMMERCIAL astronaut wings. They give 2 different types of astronaut pin: NASA and civilian. If you do THEIR training and learn the science behind it, you get NASA wings. If you go to space as a civilian, you get FAA civilian astronaut wings. ANYONE who crosses the Karman line gets civilian astronaut wings. If you go to space, you are considered an astronaut. It doesn't mean you are a career astronaut. This is easily researched, and you would do well to pay attention to detail and learn the difference between NASA and the FAA. ANYONE who crosses the Karman line is legally defined as an astronaut.

Or check the definition of "free-range chicken" from your reputable Agencies. Total gimmick and you guys just buy it.. its all good, just focus on what's important. Getting certified and brag rights adds very little value to the actual achievements here, which are awesome.

Yeah no one was there just the crew Camara guys slash CNN/MSM Wouldn't you think that their would be100s too thousands of people present to celebrate the rentering to earth. This is so bad cgi of the launch right out of nasa playbook of film on capsule just appearing to viewer eyes to touch ground with in seconds Watch Stargate if you want to believe in space a hell alot more believable. Look up deep fake meaning they can produce anything on video. Wakeup America. The MSM has been doing this for years if not decades. Quote from president Nixon people don't believe in anything until they see it on television and that is no joke. These people that boarded the rocket are worth millions.when you are dealing with rocket fuel you have a fifty percent chance that the rocket will explode during launch. These people who are in these launch sites are clearly compromised do to money payments
