Just have wreckless abandon. Kobe failed many times in his career. But it was him overcoming the failure that made him stronger. Same as MJ or anyone really. As Isaiah said in the vid, kobe is looking to get as much knowledge from mj as he can.

There is a legal principle called pressumption of inocence: a person is not guilty unless proven guilty by a trial. You are violating the pressumption of inocence with your comment. Kobe has never commited rape unless proven otherwise.

They both gave it all they had which you don't always see today. I find it great to see a young man like Kobe wanting to learn from MJ. As a teacher, I found their relationship refreshing because you rarely see young people today giving that respect to the teacher.

  • People dont realize that Jordan spawned a whole breed of new players including Kobe, D wade, Tmac, Vince Carter, James Harden, Kevin Durant, Carmelo Anthony and Lebron James. They all grew up watching Mike and at the time MJ was playing, there was noone else in the league who was considered to be as good as he was. MJ was the best in the game during his career and everyone knew it. He was also idolized by many more even Allen Iverson. Its bc of Jordan the NBA is so popular and he set the bar so high that even with all those great players i mentioned above, none of them have even come close to surpassing Mj and all of them fell short of the throne of the goat

Pistons were a defensive powerhouse but were the clear underdogs. Kobe was also robbed from having Chris Paul on his team. Not saying Kobe was better then MJ, but this is what held him back from having more rings.

But the REALITY of the matter is that at that time, this was CHI 3rd game in as many nights. And being the OLDEST TEAM in the league at that time, they were a bit fatigued. Because by the 3rd quarter they were gassed and it showed. Whereas the lakers were one of the YOUNGER TEAMS in the league, and had a day off before this game. So they were CLEARLY RESTED, not to mention jacked up SKY HIGH about playing MJ and the defending champion Bulls. They caught the CHI at the right time.

    • @@beaszze Actually Kobe grew up idolizing Magic not Jordan. Probably why he wasn't afraid to go after MJ. MJ taylored his game after Dr J. MJ had more athletism than DR J but Kobe was more skillful than MJ.

    • @@RICANSTEIN How? His footwork is the same as Jordan, fade away is the same as Jordan. For there career's Kobe and MJ shot abt 33 to 34% form 3... we can say Kobe shot the 3 better, and midrange jump shot and post game it's not close MJ shot 49% from the field and Kobe 43%. Defense we all knw Kobe play good D... but Mike was the better defender D.F.P.O.Y and Kobe 0. The only thing I think Kobe did better then Mike, he handled the ball better he had a better handle and I will give you the 3 point shot Mike didn't shoot a lot of 3...

  • Let’s put this in perspective Kobe Bryant was only 19 years old here...and had to tailor his game to the veterans on his team. Had he been on a struggling team by himself at this age.... he would’ve had a 25 points per game at least

    @RegnovaScott@RegnovaScott4 жыл бұрын
    • Damn right he did. You had to EARN minutes in practice. Shaq, Jones and Nick were all-stars who taught this kid and helped him develop. This notion that we was perfect out the box is all BS. He put in that work and earned it.

      @Getloose360@Getloose3604 жыл бұрын
    • Getloose360 what you’re missing... and what the media is missing is that Kobe Bryant at 17-18 years old was already UNGUARDABLE in practice. We would’ve seen him average 20+ ppg Had he played on a lottery team his rookie year.. he was already that good
