Yep! Especially considering if a "transwoman" is mediocre in women's sports that means they wouldn't even come close to competing with the men. So the men stealing those spots from the women are sub-par athletes, which defeats one of the primary purposes of sports (which is to highlight exceptional athletes).

My wife was injured with a dislocated shoulder playing against two trans women in a rugby game. Why are they not playing in the men’s league. Simply because prior to transitioning the two were not as good as the other men but against the women their physical stature had them running over the women. The trans women were fed the ball throughout the game. They ran the score up quite high and literally all the players and fans watching were upset watching it but everyone was afraid to say anything to protest it. The very reason why my wife chose that out of town game for me not to attend with our child. Had I known then I would have spoken up!

No one is stating that Trans identifying people can not play sport - the issue is that biological men have an unfair advantage across the board compared to women due to body size, bone density, muscle mass etc. Trans inclusion is leading to women self-excluding for fear of injury. We also should have the right not to be forced to share an open changing room with a biological man.

Trans identifying men and trans identifying women who are taking male sex hormones (which gives them an unfair advantage) should enter the open category. Anything else is cheating.
@@ShaneWroe if you are referring to intersex then they are very few and far between and most have a very strong percentage of being male or female an example is a intersex person producing eggs would not be able to produce sperm, a lot of cases are silly things like a micro penis the size of a small wart with no function on the wall of the vagina and is likely not to know anything about it and go through life as pure woman with children etc , the same the other way around. We identify what we see , we make judgement on that and use the appropriate term to describe what we see and that is impossible to do if people identify as not what they look like and no offence was meant, offence can be taken when not given, I'm a man and if someone called me a woman then i would just smile and have a bit if a giggle saying, who are you Stevie Wonder and have a laugh telling my mates about it later and wouldn't take offence in any way

Women are not paid 15% less than men, when they do the same jobs at the same level, for the same amount of time. This is rhetorical sleight of hand. The apparent pay gap is explained by the fact that a decent % of women do low paid jobs, part time jobs, take time off due to pregnancy, don't go onto the highest levels because they stop working after that second child etc. Turns out that having babies and looking after them well, cramps your career somewhat. Which is probably why so many societies organised themselves such that the partner not carrying the babies (the man) was responsible for bringing home the bacon.

It's ridiculous when they bring up "intersex" as an excuse. Most people with non-standard chromosomes are still clearly identifiable as one sex or the other, and hence are not intersex. Those who physicality is genuinely ambiguous are about 1 in 50,000 of the population, and even these are just crude estimates as the numbers are so low it's been very hard to build up a reliable data set. Castor Semenya is one of the only people mentioned in this debate who appears to be genuinely intersex.
The truth is the majority of people cannot compete on a national level in sports. Take the astronomically small number of trans-persons who compete against the best athletes of their “decided” sex and you further filter out who might win. You never hear of ANY females who identify as transmen competing at the highest levels against biological men. But a man identifying as Transwoman is able to compete at the higher levels even if they wouldn’t make it in the top tier of the men’s sports. And studies show there isn’t a gap in pay when you take everything into consideration (some jobs that pay more have fewer women interested in them - oil platforms is an example - pays great, but grueling work).

Ok. So seatbelts and paracetamol are designed for men. Then can kitchen worktops, sinks, vaccum cleaner handles, mop and broom handles be higher and longer so that I don't get back ache. Don't know how tall you are but these are already made with average male height in mind. They're all too high/long for the average woman. (I literally dream of having a kitchen worktop that's comfortable to work at without high heels and I'm above average height for a woman. (Also left-handed but that's another story)
@@deja-view1017 well, I am 6' tall, but that's nothing unusual these days. I was born in 1962 and 6' was considered tall. I've seen 14 year old school boys that tall. People in general are getting taller but some things haven't adapted. I do agree that seatbelts are not ideal for women but designers have been struggling with this problem since the seatbelt was invented and it seems to be the best we can do to fit the human anatomy. A 5 point racing harness is even worse for women but it does do it's job of saving their lives when a car flips over. If you have any solutions to these problems I'd be genuinely excited to hear about them. 👍

Oh I know the argument. We already had satisfactory language until Volkmar Sigusch introduced the term in the 90s. Women do NOT earn 15% less than men. That is an average over all women and all men. In identical jobs, there is no difference when adjusted for hours worked.
And that is what they forget. The gender pay gap should be based on do women get paid less for doing the same work as men. Is the answer is no, they are paid the same for equal work, they there is no gender paygap. And these days, any person can apply for any job. And they should be offered the same wage/salary based on responsibility and experience. How many of the jobs are not offering this? That is the gender paygap, not overall payment over entire life. As sorry, as a woman, if I take time out to raise a family then I expect that to have an effect on my pay progression based on experience.

I remember growing up in Poland, man, boys snick a rose and flowers to woman in families or even a stranger to celebrate womans Day in a sweet, innocent way! Why now is EVERYTHING about transgender? Some of us are still just woman and simply we don't want to be dragged in to other gender trans or not!
