Honestly, it was boring and so repetitive, i thought i was just there: trying to keep myself alive, but i wasn't alive at all.

    • Having being so 'Blessed" and having received permanent physical injuries, my additional advice is; "Do not do what Jesus Did!" One: Crucification is a very bad ideal as are other tortures. Two: Suicide is not a good solution! Three; Although Jesus may have had intentions, it did not resolve the problem with all the terrorists and criminals in the world! Four: ... HOLD ON PLEASE! See 1) 2) 3) regarding crucifixions and other tortures & what else mentioned in case you couldn't comprehend the rest on what "Crucification" is ! To Luvjes and whomever else might need clarification, I'll give another hint real this whole passage again as the HOLD On... Part was because of an important phone call & did not have return to this until Just now... Meaning not only is it unfinished, nor even close to being fully edited yet, nonetheless I'm keeping both words ( Crucifixion (s) and Crucification (s) because why? ) See movie, Big Daddy and court scenes there in, then see some real court scenes pertaining to same and relevant and sorry you won't my best foster parents who served in WWII or my brother from Vietnam Era, why because they are not on planet earth any more, and seeing how other living brother, I was recently informed and after 30~40 minute talk with him and several calls to others regarding his health and a few other things. Which have me occupied since this post up to the HOLD ON part. And I would not recommend you to attempt to correct on grammar, punctuation or quite a few other things, because he is probably still in the hospital and that is all you need to know about that, and for what's it's worth, I have survived no less than 4 strokes and quite a many other things, including terrorists with their knives to my throat and guns in my face, along with same battle scars of quite a few types. Now if you would like additional information in braille, or other form, let me know! 🐕‍🦺🐾🐾🚥🚦🚥😎☕😎 p.s . Google spell hex xor is real helpful too, ha ha! שָׁלוֹם עָלֵיכֶם!

    • Love and respect should be mutual. The person, who you should love the most, is you. If your emotions are being played with, you should take a stand. If things turn out for the worse, you should move on. In a relationship, it is more of 'us' than one. You both should be complementing each other. If this does not happen, there is no point in prolonging.

    • I can't help thinking this stuff should be taught in schools. It's a heck of a lot more useful than obscure, obsolete mathematical methods or handwriting, because it's completely universal - everyone wants to feel good, understood, happy. Most people will at some point face largely the same challenges, at varying levels of severity. Sure, the douchebag(s) in class would of course go "Ha ha, lame! Who the crap cares about _emotions_ and _mental health_ ...I think teacher's the one who's got _issues!"_ and generally propagate the same moronic cycle of unhealthy mentalities breeding more unhealthy mentalities... But perhaps those kids could then be verbally reprimanded using a set of pre-prepared phrases that eloquently and pithily illuminate the pitiful and unhelpful nature of their dignity-parasitizing interjection.^^

And don’t say “you just need to give it a second chance,” because I’ve seen that story play out badly one too many times. Some of us can live without certain experiences, and quite happily. Don’t shove us towards them just because someone else got a happier ending.

    • Happens to the best of us. We have to discern properly and even if it happens again. We should always give ourselves time and space to learn and heal more. Yes, every person is different. But we can sometimes be attracted towards the same energy again because there’s something more our subconscious wants to heal from that isn’t in our awareness. Love and respect yourself properly before you seek it from others. It will all come to you at the right place, right time and from right person. Most often, we mistreat ourselves a lot and expect good treatment from others (I can understand growing up in an abusive and narcissistic household - it happened to me as well).

    • You know, I’m a student at a military college, and a lot of the people here struggle with that a lot. But I think what really helped me is framing the definition of weak a bit differently. Think of the emotional wound as a challenge to overcome. Is it weak to avoid the challenge, or stand and face it head on? Choosing to talk about stuff and be emotional to somebody feels weak because it makes us vulnerable. Hell, I felt it too when I talked to my therapist for the first time. But by choosing to talk about the issue, you are challenging your demon head on. That is honorable. That is admirable. And that is hella strong.

    • Yup. As a child I learned to suppress my emotions because I was forced to "get on with it" (whether it be school, work, or whatever else). This system (society?) is not set up to support emotional healing, let alone humanity, whatsoever. Our systems alone are oppressing us. We don't have space - time - to even be human. To feel our feelings and live from an authentic place. This needs to change. As a species, we will not survive without some sort of shift out of these oppressive, inhumane systems.

    • Please understand that Jesus loves you more than you can possibly know. He longs to have fellowship with you. The most important decision you will ever make is where you will spend eternity. The Bible says that you can know that you have eternal life in heaven, but If you are putting your trust in anything other than the finished work of Jesus on the cross to get you to heaven, you do not understand God's way. Please let me share with you how you can know you have a home in heaven. The Bible says that we are all sinners. When God created Adam and Eve, He made them perfect without sin, but they chose to disobey God and became sinful in nature. This sin nature was passed down to all humanity. Romans 5:12 Wherefore, as by one man sin entered into the world, and death by sin; and so death passed upon all men, for that all have sinned: Your sin separates you from God. Romans 3:23 For all have sinned (yes, you too) and come short of the glory of God; A holy, righteous God cannot allow sin into heaven. Sin must be paid for and God's price for sin is death, but not just a physical death, but a spiritual death which means separation from God forever in hell. Revelation 21:8 But the fearful, and unbelieving, and the abominable, and murderers, and whoremongers, and sorcerers, and idolaters, and all liars, shall have their part in the lake which burneth with fire and brimstone: which is the second death. In the Old Testament when man sinned, God required the sacrifice of a perfectly spotless lamb as a substitute in the place of the sinner. The blood of that lamb was only a temporary payment for their sin and so this had to be done often. Jesus Christ, God's Son took on flesh, was born of a virgin, lived a sinless life and offered Himself as that perfect, spotless Lamb and shed His blood as payment for the sins of the whole world. John 1:29 The next day John seeth Jesus coming unto him, and saith, Behold the Lamb of God, which taketh away the sin of the world. Jesus loved you so much He WILLINGLY came and allowed wicked men to spit on Him, mock Him and scourge Him until He was unrecognizable. They stripped him naked, thrust a crown of thorns on His head and nailed His hands and feet to a cross. He hung in agony for hours bleeding, thirsting, struggling for every breath. He died innocently in your place so that you could be saved from going to hell. It was His blood that satisfied the just demands of a holy God. God will not accept anything else. There is no greater love than that! John 3:16 For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever (that means you) believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life. The good news is that Jesus didn't stay dead in the grave. He came back to life 3 days later just like He promised and He still lives today! Matthew 28:5 And the angel answered and said unto the women, Fear not ye: for I know that ye seek Jesus, which was crucified. 6. He is not here: for he is risen, as he said. Come, see the place where the Lord lay. Friend, Jesus did all this because He wants to give you the FREE gift of eternal life in heaven with Him! You cannot do anything to earn your own way into heaven. You can't work for it, be baptized for it, go to church for it or try to be good enough for it. It is a FREE gift that God is offering to you if you will simply receive it by faith. Romans 6:23 For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord. Ephesians 2:8 For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: 9. Not of works, lest any man should boast. God said there is only one way to get to heaven, but it is not hard. You must admit you are a sinner headed for hell. You must believe that Jesus died and paid for your sin with His own blood on the cross, was buried and 3 days later rose from the dead. Then you must repent of your sins and call on God for mercy to save you from hell and give you eternal life in heaven with Him. Romans 10:9 that if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. 10 For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation. 13. For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved. None of us deserve God's mercy and grace, but let me warn you friend, that if you reject His FREE gift, you are already condemned and when you die, you will suffer the torment of burning in hell for eternity in a lake of fire where you will be forever separated from God and all that is loving and good. John 3:18 He that believeth on him is not condemned: but he that believeth not is condemned already, because he hath not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God. Revelation 20:15 And whosoever was not found written in the book of life was cast into the lake of fire. Please don't wait! Don't take the risk of putting it off until another day, repent, turn to Christ NOW wherever you are at because you aren't guaranteed to live another day on this Earth. Believe God's Word, ask Him to save you and He will! I would love to meet you in heaven someday. Get your name written down in the Lambs Book of Life. It wasn’t until April of this year that everything started to change. I realized how my boss manipulated and gaslighted me. So, I quit my work and I started standing up for myself. • Easiest to do in all of these is to get proper sleep. You might have difficulties that exacerbate your sleeplessness, but striving to solve it will give you a better path to healing. Sleep is the most important thing a human body needs. If you deplete your body of recharging time it'll make your mind weaker and bad thoughts will resurface far easier than with a healthy sleep schedule. Couldn't get any proper sleep these past few months and it feels like you're drowning day by day. I better get some sleep now.

  • Emotional wounds or issues of the mind and heart are harder to detect. Therefore, they are easier to hide from the outside world. As a result, we fool ourselves into dismissing, ignoring, or avoiding them in an effort to convince ourselves that we are okay and should just “move on”. But just like any physical wound, a broken heart requires attention, care, love, and healing. We must go through an emotional healing process.

  • For me, what was really difficult was I went through a TON in the COVID years. Not just the isolation of a global pandemic, but I was stuck with my mom who was deep in addiction, my sister started visiting home from college every so often and throwing raging fits where she would scream at me for literally hours over small things, my dad went missing and still hasn't been found, and I was in a very unhealthy and negative relationship. For a while I felt so out of it and so horrible that I thought I was losing my mind, I would have these sobbing spells and moments when I thought life felt surreal, plus my sleep schedule was completely backwards, and I could not stop replaying everything that happened over and over again in my mind. It wasn't until I got a therapist that I realized I had trauma, which I hadn't realized until then because I'd always been told trauma was from sexual assault or going to war. I'd never had the traditional forms of trauma that are most commonly heard about, so I thought I didn't have it. But I've since learned trauma can come from anything that is extremely stressful, disturbing,or scary. After being diagnosed with depression, PTSD and dissociation, I've done a lot of work on myself and I'm still not perfect, but I'm much better now. Anyways this was a long comment, but great video.

After that period, I went through a period of severe depression as I would lay down on my bed and I had suicidal thoughts because of how hurt I was and that maybe it’s better this way. I saw her recently with another guy and they cuddled and kiss and it hurts. However I can’t let something like this ruin the life I deserve to live, I’ll keep doing what I love to do because I know God has something special for me down the road and that there’s gonna be a great career for me. • There are 2 things you absolutely have to accept to exponentially increase your emotional well being. Things that took me a long time to accept as well so don’t beat yourself over it. 1) You CANNOT change the past. No amount of overthinking it will ever change the events that have occurred in a million years. What’s done is done. On the bright side whatever was is over so you can completely move on. 2) do not fear people letting you down. Accept that people WILL let you down. Make it the rule not the exception. People are just as broken and sometimes significantly more so than you are. You’re not perfect and neither are they, far from it. Put yourself first and love yourself the most. You can trust others but trust yourself even more to not falter when they inevitability let you down.

I feel some of my stresses and worries I've brought on myself thru catastrophizing. I've been alittle open about my issues and mental problems but I'm still holding on past feelings and regret. I'm still feeling and thinking negatively and careless of myself. I feel so lost I don't even know who I am at times and it's scary. I'm just terrified of really opening up about things and certain things in particular. I'm afraid of change and the unknown. Sometimes I think I might get over this but mostly I feel I won't and I'm afraid I'll eventually just end it all.

Then, growing up, getting into relationships, getting cheated on, used for a green card, used for money, etc. It happened so many times even when I try to love again and care for others. I felt not wanted and only someone's beneficiary. I had an amazing job until my relative had passed away. I was so hurt because it was the man that stepped up and raised me and one of the only people that I know that truly loved me from the very beginning. Sleep and self care was one of the stuffs that helped me feel better. 💖 Knowing I can only give myself the most love and care.

    • True peace and comfort can only be found in Jesus Christ. I'm sharing my best friend's story with you to show you how you can find this peace. God bless you. Precious Memories-By Sonya Lakey Family Story Little did our family of six know that Friday evening, September 24th, 2021, would be the last night our family would be complete. We laughed together, played games, sang, and enjoyed listening as our 16-year-old son, Ethan, played the piano for us. I packed a lunch for Ethan for a church mountain hike he was going on the following day. My mother (who was visiting from out of state) and I woke early with Ethan on Saturday morning. He hugged me and smiled, never pulling away or rushing me. He got in the car, waved, said he'd see me later and he loved me. It was hard to watch my "new driver" heading out on his own that morning. As Ethan pulled out of the gate, I turned to my mother and said, "It's just so hard letting go." Little did I know how much "letting go" I was really doing. That was the last time I saw Ethan. He did not make it home that evening. That afternoon, a friend tried to contact my husband, leaving an urgent message to call him back. He tried several times to return the call to no avail. As we were preparing supper, an overwhelming feeling of deep concern for Ethan filled my heart. I quietly blinked back tears. I glanced out the window, half expecting to see a police officer pull up to the house, but no one arrived. However, within a few minutes, a patrol car DID pull into the driveway. In my heart, I feared the worst. My husband and I went out to meet the officer, who confirmed our fears. Hesitantly, he told us our son had fallen off of a bluff and had succumbed to his injuries. Our hearts were crushed; they still are. Yet, in all of our brokenness, deep, continual grief and loneliness, our family has such a blessed Hope and assurance that we will see our dear son and brother again. You see, when Ethan was a young boy, he was saved; he put his faith in Jesus alone to forgive his sins and to take him to Heaven when he died. He realized some very important truths from the Bible that he would want to share with you. His Story Everyone is a sinner. Sin is any violation of God’s Law. God is holy, just and righteous, and He cannot allow sin in His presence. Ethan realized that he - like all of us - had sinned; and his sin separated Him from God. “For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God; ” (Romans 3:23) “Wherefore, as by one man sin entered into the world, and death by sin; and so death passed upon all men, for that all have sinned:” (Romans 5:12) He understood that, because of his sin, he deserved to spend eternity in Hell. “For the wages of sin is death;” (Romans 6:23a) [Wages: price] “But the fearful, and unbelieving, and the abominable, and murderers, and whoremongers, and sorcerers, and idolaters, and all liars, shall have their part in the lake which burneth with fire and brimstone: which is the second death.” (Revelation 21:8) Ethan believed that Jesus, God’s Son, paid the price for all sin when He died on the cross - because His sinless sacrifice was the only thing that could satisfy the just demands of a righteous, holy God. Jesus was buried in a borrowed tomb, but He arose the third day, triumphant over sin, death, and Hell. Jesus is alive today! “For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.” (John 3:16) “For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: Not of works, lest any man should boast.” (Ephesians 2:8-9) Ethan was sorry for his sin, repented (turned), and received by faith the free gift that God offered to him. “For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.” (Romans 10:13) “...but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.” (Romans 6:23b) Because of this great salvation, Ethan lived his life serving Jesus. He worked hard to spread this Good News to the world. He is alive in Heaven with Jesus today; and because of this great HOPE in Christ, we know we will see him again soon - not because he was a great kid, but because of his faith in the great Saviour! “And I give unto them eternal life; and they shall never perish, neither shall any man pluck them out of my hand.” (John 10:28) Your Story What about you? What if you had fallen to your death that day - What if you were to die today? Where will you spend eternity - Heaven or the Lake of Fire? There will not be any parties in the Lake of Fire. It is a place of eternal torment for those who reject God's Son. The Word of God is very clear that there is only One Way to Heaven. “Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.” (John 14:6) We did not know that Ethan would step into eternity that day; however, because he put his faith in Jesus alone for his salvation, Ethan was ready to go. Some day - perhaps today - you will take your last breath here on earth, and you will step into eternity. Where you spend eternity is determined by what you do with Jesus Christ. Will you accept Him or reject Him? You are not promised another day or another breath. Eternity begins soon - Are you ready? “...Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, and thou shalt be saved…” (Acts 16:31b) “For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.” (Romans 10:13) “(...behold, now is the day of salvation.)” (2 Corinthians 6:2c) ****************************** This testimony has been made into a gospel tract. • I keep getting hurt by people who claim they love me more than life. It seems fake. I can't let go of the betrayal and am just stuck in the loop of my emotions. Even more so, when they don't seem to understand or feel guilty about any of it. Makes me feel unimportant and overly dramatic. Like I am overreacting to the situation. But maybe the reason why I am still stuck on this is because nobody has stood up for me other than myself. And now all that is left in me is bitterness and contempt. Everything is fake. People only care about themselves and they only pretend to empathize or care about you. It's just a sick world. I am sorry for this. I am just still trying to heal and not to spiral. Whenever I feel stable, that person just brings me back to the start. Maybe I will be okay when I am at distance from them. Doesn't seem possible right now. Three cheers for sanity.

God bless you! ---------------------------------------------------------------- If you would like more information or don't have a church to attend, we livestream our services and would love for you to join us even across the continents. facebook.com/regkelly.table/ www.libertyfaith.net/contact-us

I didn't feel loved because despite growing up in a home that sheltered me with plenty of money, I can't recall even once on one hand that I was told "I love you." Looking back, it... hurts, a lot.

I’ve been suffering trauma from bullying for at least 4 years of trying to heal it, but nothing has worked. When I talked to an adult about this, I didn’t feel anything but more fear. And about the backstabbers, I wanted to stop all of the relationships I have with anyone, and never had any one either.

The Bible says that you can know that you have eternal life in heaven, but If you are putting your trust in anything other than the finished work of Jesus on the cross to get you to heaven, you do not understand God's way. Please let me share with you how you can know you have a home in heaven. The Bible says that we are all sinners. • Thank you so much for this video. I've experienced quite a lot of emotional trauma in my life from my childhood, in my teen years to my young adult years (18-20s). I'm 31 now and just last Sunday I broke down to tears to both my sister and my fiance about everything I've felt and experienced through my eyes. I felt like I was lost and unworthy of living the life of my dreams. I got so bad to the point I stopped doing the two things that I enjoyed doing the most in the world. Drawing and writing. I'm done living like that anymore. Knowing this now and the fact I'm willing to let the painful emotions and thoughts surface, I'm having myself go through shadow work. As uncomfortable as I am with going through with it I know to be patient, express love and compassion for myself through every step and exercise I do. One day I know I will get through this and I'll be an artist and an author just as I dreamed I'd be since I was a kid.

Them…my parents. Learned about the dynamics in my family and just how deep the damage was to the family, and most importantly…me. As I learned, I grew…and now I’m thriving. As I learned, I was working with a professional….probably my 8th in my lifetime (I’m 64). Now, I’m thriving!!! YAY YAY!!! Thank you for this video. It validates allot. ❤

• @@zhannalacey9292 True peace and comfort can only be found in Jesus Christ. If you or your Church would be interested in passing them out or if you would like to send a word of encouragement to the family, please go to: facebook.com/GITM-Foundation-113997824650357/

I am hurting so much emotionally from things and situations I have suffered both past and present. I really can’t move on because I just keep getting hurt through disappointment from family and friends. It scares me to be honest and I feel like I’m going mad.

Not only I cannot see the good things that could help me, I overemphasize - against my very will, as if someone else was inside me - the bad things. Fear is such an enormous feeling, emotional support seems unreachable. Especially from myself to myself.

  • The first one hit me like a truck. And so did the second and third one. I am someone who does not live for myself, to the point that I know the moment people who care about me disappear. I will be free to finally be gone. I never put myself first, because to me that's selfish, and selfishness... I dislike selfish people, maybe because of my suffering or maybe because of something else. But I just cannot be selfish, I love to help people as long as it doesn't hurt others, I try my absolute best to always be what you would call "the perfect support character" my story is not mine. Is in everyone else's hands where my path will go. I follow, just like an NPC. Because emotions are unknown to me when I am alone. With people around I can feel happiness, the smile of someone reflects on me, and I smile with them. But even at those points. After that "happiness" is gone, I look at myself once more. Knowing that I am dependent on others to feel, and to live. Whenever I react on instinct everything goes wrong, I contain those negative feelings. I prefer feeling nothing and been the NPC in my loved one's life than ending up alone. I have tried ("Sui") but always backed up because I know people care about me. I want to be normal and I want to be able to feel on my own. But even those words... Is it really how I think? Or am I just looking at others knowing they want me to be normal? . . . Complete Selflessness is awful and is something I will never recommend to anyone. Not even the people I despise with all my hear. This feeling of just knowing you are nothing without others consumes me. And the more I think and talk about it, it only gets worse. More and more people will worry about me, meanwhile I just want to be gone for good. But if they care, I won't be able to do so. In a way, maybe there's a part of me searching for something or someone that would get out of this mess. And that's why I keep telling people. Maybe it will help... . . . I hope it does. I completely forgot what I was talking about, well I'll go to sleep. It's 0:03am and I want to reset my brain to forget or at least try to forget I even wrote this. I do hope everyone who read it doesn't get too sad... please have a nice day/night or whatever time zone it is there where you live. Thank you for reading all of this. I'm sorry.

  • For most of 2020 and 2021 my only social life was in an online community. I completely shut down when the pandemic started and couldn't talk to anyone I knew irl because recognizing real life was too painful. So I spent all my time in one online space, where I got really close with a lot of people. Then one of them dmed me with the longest message I've ever seen, about how I was a horrible person, and that I need to "take accountability" or they'll "expose" me. I had panic attack after panic attack trying to ask what they wanted, what I was supposed to do, how I was supposed to fix it, but they kept saying over and over that I was toxic, and not listening, and that this is why everyone hates me. And that everyone else feels this way too, and they're the only one who was "brave enough" to stand up to me. I left the community a few days later as I saw people I'd been close to for over a year block me, one after the other. They were talking shit about me, harassing anyone who still would talk to me, and kicked my sister out because she dared to stand up for me. I still have nightmares about it, a lot. I'm terrified they're going to find where I work and try to get me fired. One of them was my ex boyfriend, so he knows my full name and where I live, and everyday I'm scared he's going to dox me. I feel so stupid, because it's "just twitter drama." But to me it wasn't. It was my entire world crumbling apart, me losing my only coping mechanism, and people I trusted purposefully using my worst insecurities against me. I think that time of my life was traumatic. I have a lot of symptoms pointing to the fact that it was. But it's so difficult to talk about it because almost no one takes it seriously because it happened online.

  • With relationships, after having bad so often, it's not easy getting over it. Hell, once you realise how awful people are you stop being attracted to anyone, you stop wanting to try talking to someone new and you just end up so jaded that the idea of a relationship makes you sick to your stomach. I'm never getting over it. It feels impossible. And with how girls have treated me or keep on treating me, I'd rather be on my own. • I'm 40 and a woman. I can't say it gets better with age. All I can do now is prevent people from getting close enough to treat me badly. I'm certain some of us just have certain signs on our backs saying kick me. Just found out that I might be autistic so that explains a lot. Relationships and dating are just a game for some people. They literally do not care about other people's emotions as long as they have their fun. Male or female or LGBTQIA. They are not classed as sociopaths because they don't behave like this with their family members or work colleagues or even friends but put them in a romantic or sexual relationship and they become the worse people ever.

God bless you! ---------------------------------------------------------------- If you would like more information or don't have a church to attend, we livestream our services and would love for you to join us even across the continents. facebook.com/regkelly.table/ www.libertyfaith.net/contact-us

  • I resonated with many signs mentioned in the video. The truth is, some traumas haven’t healed even though it’s been 10 years, mainly due to not discussing and lacking awareness about our emotions + lack of our parents support. I touched by the signs on ‘Being alive and not living’ and ‘Self growth stunted by fear.’ These two signs have touched me, and I think it’s time for me to start working on them. Thank you for shedding light on mental health in your videos. 🧚🏻🧘‍♀️🙏
