Magnus is very strong, both physically and mentally. He's disciplined and pursuing a goal, I bet he would really do that 30 minutes for 1 million.
Don't think he could beat Biondo's records. Taizo is beyond freakish in this area, and a lot lighter than magnus.
I'd strap myself on the bar so it's impossible to fall. 1 million is worth almost any health risks.

It's weird, here in the UK we measure weight of objects like food etc in grams/kilograms, but people we weigh in stone/lbs.

HAHAHA thats me in the background. I remember I asked them when I was done with my workout if they were doing some sort of hang challenge and I had no idea who they were at that time. Longest I've done is 4 minutes. And It felt like I was trying to break my fingers when I was trying to close and open my fist after getting down from hanging. So can't imagine how bad it was in over 7.
Ya I do like 1 and a quarter minute hangs and the challenge is closing my fingers within 2 seconds after the hang. Feels great not.
You should go to fairs and play the hand for 2 minutes win £20 game. Vast majority of people can't reach 2 minutes.

To be real , those finger grip straps look really painful , followed by the wrist wraps Juji wore. 8 minute hang by Magnus was insane. Super human. Most people are doing decent if they can get to 2 minutes. And at 2 minutes, people are hurting real bad.

The town I live in put in an outdoor "workout" area, there's not a single straight bar in the whole thing. Just horrible useless "machines." I wish I had an outdoor space like this! Amazing video as always :)

Those machines are awful, where it just moves you on the seat for resistance. You can endless pec flys or whatever til you get bored because it's so easy.
Tom at the end was one of the most impressive things I have seen in a while. That pain tolerance was a sight to see
This reminds me of a challenge I did that was the inverse of this. A friend and I did a sousaphone lift over our heads( they weighed about 50 lbs), our arms just fully extended up holding them for 10 minutes. The issue wasn’t the weight, it was the pain and lack of feeling from the blood loss to our arms.

Don’t know if it’s Russian thing, but I always try not to enter competitions like this, because if I do I know I will push myself for as long as there’s any strength in my body and then a little bit more up until my muscles just give. Next day is always a bitch after those :-)

Mr beast basically just gives money to his mates, if he gives money at all. He should do the challenges with all random people from street or fly in selected winners from comments or twitter or something. When giving away 50,000 bucks what is a couple plane tickets honestly. Just use his mate as pace setters sort of thing. Random people would do all the challenges a lot longer and with more intensity. I like his channel but its all expected and just the same thing now. It has gotten stale
