Gg I felt both teams played great I’m not salty about this loss Varlamov was an absolute wall. Preds will clinch a spot another night this loss most likely makes them second wildcard but it’s not the end of the world
Bortuzzo needs to be released. Almost gave away 2 goals, that would’ve meant a big Islanders loss in this final playoff chase
I agree but might as well hold on to him for the rest of the season and when we’re (Isles) out of a playoff race or lose on the playoffs, he’s gone. I would play Aho (I’m not a fan of him either) but Aho gives us the speed needed to play the Rags. I would have played Ilya and that’s why I’m a fan and not an NHL HC. Let’s go Isles!

The Islanders have a mere 35 wins and they're in a playoff spot. The race for the last two playoff spots in the East is a joke.
@@Thatguy13234 35 wins in 77 games is bad. They also have negative shot and goal differentials. They do not deserve to be in the playoffs. The only reason they're in right now is because the other teams in the race are completely useless.
