I had 9 BMW’s to include M3 and M5. My next car is going to be the new Tesla 3P. Germans are falling behind and their facelift tactics are not enough to get my money any more. My ego will be fully satisfied with this new Tesla and my wallet will love me for spending only half of BMW cost not to mention no maintenance.
And you will fuel economy will be better than a Prius. 😂
@@Mr_Nobody_CA And the battery lasts 500k miles if looked after (800k km)and the motors last over one million. 8 years of battery/motor warranty or 100k miles/160k km.
You will not regret it!
I was always a huge M4 (F82) fan. Once i had the cash to buy it they came out with those uglyass bunny teeth design and a length of the car the size of a football field and went with a M3P instead. Not a single regret
@@RIVvideos I owned BMW 530 & 550 in the past and the maint & repair costs were very high. I owned an Audi in the past and got robbed by Dealer services few times, so I am done with those cars. The only thing I paid for my Tesla the last 3 years was new tires and air filter change.
Model 3 Performance 53k - 7500 Point of Sale EV credit = 45.5k for 510hp awd
Excellent value!
But it’s a Tesla 😂 they are not even close
Those two brand vehicles are seating in totally different categories Beemer is a weekend car versus Model 3 is day to day + leisure mobile-box
BMW M3 XDrive cost 90k. Tesla plaid cost 85k….
Plaid is more the size of the M5, Model 3 size M3
You can’t compare German quality to Tesla
@@Tetrathegod Germain doesn't some much better quality as you think.
You forgot to mention the fuel cost disparity. That gives Model 3 P even more value for money! You can drive many more miles for the same cost of "fuel".
I order a Tesla M3 P
Congratulations on your purchase 🎊🎉
I had a bmw for weekend and Prius for commuter. Money got tight and had to choose one. Sold both and got a model y performance. I have solar and free charging at work. I commute 130 miles per day. This Tesla had been a God send and it’s still fast as ever. I can drive it like my Prius and get better efficiency. But I have a 3.5 0-60. Which has car can give me that?
It’s diesel AMTRAK vs Maglev Shinkansen TGV!
Harrys Garage absolutely hated the new M4 CSL. He called it ugly, tacky and fat and after that he hated on the i5 M50i. Called it fat and lazy. That is modern BMW today. Weird cheesy styling suitable for most chavs. Hope Neue Klasse takes them in a new direction.
Tesla all the way
You never had a Tesla 😂😂😂
Tesla 3p is only a third of the BMW m3c price in China😂
BM3 Performance is dead !
Dead like a mouse😊
All ICE cars! 3:)
@@talpolano4549huh? Ice cars are still way faster than, it’s not really close even
We don't know the quarter mile time yet so not certain if the M3 will catch up
Well the heavier Model S LR with 670hp/738tq does a best 10.6@129mph. I suspect the the lighter M3P will do 11.3-11.4@117-118mph. I do believe there will be an acceleration boost option AND I think Tesla will come out with a M3L (Ludicrous) 618hp to compete with the 660hp Xiaomi SU7 Max in China.
I've owned the MYP for one week now and absolutely love it. It's as quick as my my bolt on 500rwp 04 cobra but it's a daily driver crossover. It's absolutely gorgeous and I could even tow with it. My MYP would give this M3 all it wants. The M3P will destroy it. It's a 10 sec daily driver that doesn't take 100 octane or any lol.
I have a Tesla M3P from 2021 and it have 513 horse power something is wrong 🤔
The previous Model 3 Performance had 503 HP. The new one has 510 HP. Rumors are that the power for the new vehicle is limited and there is going to be an unlock through a software update showing the actual capabilities of these new electric motors.
@@KrisTechYT in the research I made my car have 513 horse power and I have a friend that is car have 530 and another one with 517 horse power but I will go to Tesla making a service and I will speak with them about this because in the club tesla there is a lot of guys with 513 horse power
@@marcopereira5576 Seems like the power for the new vehicle is limited and there’s probably going to be an unlock. But we don’t know for sure.
@@KrisTechYT Yah I also listened about that, but is strange about the horse powers in the previous model I know that the first ones it was around 450 horse power and the model from 2021 you know the refreshed one the power was increased and you find TM3P with 513, 517 and 530 horse power 🙃😁
I think the correct comparison is between model 3 performance vs bmw i4 m50
All that noise from the m3 makes no sense anymore. It’s over!
I do like the Tesla M3P but i dont like how everyone will have it 🫤 when you see BMW M3 you know its special and rare to see.
Why is everyone comparing against M3. M3 is 90k plus, bigger. Compare to M2 or 235I more similar size and price.
It punches above its weight class
The M2 or 235i doesn’t even come close to the new M3 P !
Thats the problem, the bmw M3 new size is out of control
Tesla viewed the M3 as the automotive benchmark for sports cars and set it as its target for the Model 3 to surpass.
I’ll take the TESLA over the M3! Tesla will shit all over the M3 no competition.
The Tesla is an appliance. There is so much more attention to detail in the BMW.
I have F90 M5 competition and just ordered a new Model 3P. Incredible performance for the price. My heart has always been with BMW but the direction they have gone has been very frustrating for a longtime BMW fanboy. The electric offerings from BMW are just too hideous and ostentatious to look at. I prefer sleeper power in a mature, non showy package which is why Tesla gets my money.
Something no m5 comp owner will ever say 😂
The BMW will still be around 30 years and longer from now. And people will still drive and enjoy it. There will be no any of these Teslas in any collector‘s garage. They would also not drive anymore, either bc of battery or bc of software. Both not being available anymore. It will be like a 10 year old smartphone, useless.
You're like "M3 get's a much bigger diffuser" brah, that's not... common, you got to know your aerodinamics man
For refferance they are really visable on Ferraris and F1 cars if you want to study it. What you see on the BMW is sadly just a bumper that imitates the looks of a diffuser so it's a fake, like some air vents. didn't mean to bring you down, just wanted to share some wisdom from one car enthusiast to another. Good luck with your channel m8!
@@tinerusc3660 Yes the BMW’s diffuser isn’t really effective with aerodynamics. I was talking from a visual perspective compared to the standard 3 Series. The diffuser is mainly for the looks. Should have mentioned that the Model 3 has a much lower drag coefficient. The BMW M3’s coefficient is 0.33 cd, the Model 3’s coefficient is around 0.219 cd.
Tesla for me is much better.
If you can only afford a cheaper car and want a similar performance than the BMW M3/4 on normal roads, sure go for the Tesla. If you want more individual, choices of leather, stitching, carbon, wood, HUD , paint colors etc. you will have to spend more. I would never enjoy to sit in such an empty, sterile care as the Tesla is. Anyway, you get what you pay for. In an interview with JPPerformance(check out YT video), Tesla rep admitted, that this car is not good for track, heats up too much. So be careful what cars you compare it with.
Did you say you get what you paid for, haha, BMW has some of the highest gouging prices on the planet, they went to plastic water pumps and thermostats so they can sell you new parts at insane prices, , total rip off company. There is NO comparison.
@@kirbykrause7866says a guy driving a crapla
I want to sell my BMW and buy a Tesla. BMW needs to wake up
Before 2019 I would have said BMW M3 all day but now they are fat, really ugly and overpriced. New Tesla Model 3 Performance or used Taycan all day long. BMW M3's are slow, ugly and ancient.
Slow? 😂
Model 3 Performance of course BMW stands for black man’s wagon
Model 3s gonna turn a lot of heads or not😂, that thing looks like something a low ranking salesman would drive. Who cares if it’s faster 0-60, it fails in every other metric. Looks sound, prestige, fun, handling, interior, desirability
My 25 month old $60k Model 3 Performance has a trade in value of $22k. Stay away from purchasing a new Tesla.
Those days of depreciation are over. That was bad timing to buy at that time. This car is 45k brand new
Trade in and get a new one!
All cars were overpriced, bmws, mercs (g wagons were crazy) but somehow people only bitch about teslas
@@Mamba310ha ha ha 😂
Tesla build quality and fit and finish are what keep me away….
Thats pre 2021
Have you been inside the highland. It’s way different. They use better material. You have to test drive to find out.
They fixed allllll that
Very nice build Highlands. You're thinking pre 2021.
The highland has a very good build quality and interior trim fit. People are always referring to old models and issues. Weird how the same people don’t do the same for legacy automakers and there early issues. Double standards.
