Berbatov could make the ball disappear with his mesmerizing ball control... It was like magic on the pitch!
Bro I love your videos. Especially Former player's videos like these. Thank you 🤍
It means a lot to me mate, more to come soon. Cannavaro tomorrow 😬
First touch @ 1:40 is the best first touch ever seen.
Leaving him and Scholes on the bench against Barcelona was a crime.
The 2011??
@@kwadwoboakye7135 2009, berba was subbed in 66th minute, Scholes 76th min. 2011 he didn't even make it to squad, Scholes got in 77th minute to find Barca defending their lead.
In 2009 Scholes should have played, and probably won it, Ferguson admitted it was a mistake not to start him (he was trying to build the next gen giving younger players big chances). Same in 2011, but the game was way more difficult. The way it went though, Berba would have been definitely useful.
@@eFMe-fk1xh With Barcelona you needed players who could at least retain a bit of possession, at least enough to make use of it. But by 2011, the team had shockingly poor quality. Valencia was never going to keep the ball, Nani was always trying to dribble himself silly and with Barca defence dropping back quickly and swarming the player with the ball, he ended up losing most of the balls that got to him. Giggs should never have been fielded as a midfielder, Fletcher - not good enough. There was no justification to leave scholes and Berba on the bench in a such crucial final and field the kind of players who started. It was so bad that United became the laughing stock of UCL finals, till the day Bayern smashed Barcelona.
@@vs6300yeah Fergie later admitted his mistake. Theres no excuse though.
Real master of the game!
