Conquering De Woody in the FJ80 Land Cruiser - Lone Star Toyota Jamboree 2017

Had an absolute blast this past weekend out at Barnwell Mountain for Lone Star Toyota Jamboree! Big Bertha is a friggin' monster on 37s and tackled every trail we put her up against, including De Woody!
Covered in red dirt, but headed home happy and still in one piece.

    • Lite Brite Is this a better set up than your Jeep? Fj80 looks heavy duty with the ff axle 👍

    • Lite Brite sorry need to be more clear, all the ones on the A pillar inside? Any info on how you did it??

      @minicrawlnkid@minicrawlnkid6 жыл бұрын
    • minicrawlnkid Ah gotcha, you may actually have my Land Cruiser confused with someone else's. We don't have any gauges on the a pillar.

      @LiteBrite@LiteBrite6 жыл бұрын
    • Lite Brite the cruiser in the video! At around 50 seconds you can see all the gauges going up the a pillar on the drivers side above the steering wheel!

    • minicrawlnkid Hahaaa I get what you're seeing now. Those aren't gauges, they're actually off-roading "achievement" patches. They're velcro'd to both the driver & passenger A pillars. 😊😊

  • Lower the tyres a good few psi and have a better spotter and you'd have been able to easily have done the harder line there. slack.

  • need to take ur JL on these trails to see how well it performs compared ur fj80... imo fj80 was the best proper Land Cruiser Toyota made... the rest beyond it just has too many electrics... fj80 the last solid front axle land cruiser... and proper reliable being a toyota!
