There is no dog like a Sheltie! Mine manages not only my house, but me with amazing efficiency. She keeps our schedule to the minute, and is persistent about letting me know when she wants or needs something. She is really intelligent and often does what I tell her to do the first time I tell her. She never fails to amaze me, and is a source for daily laughs.

I couldn't watch without tearing up as I lost my beautiful Teddy this past January. There's nothing better than the love of a Sheltie.
That's the name of my first sheltie I had to give up when I was like 7. Pls tell me you're from the st louis area and my doggo had a good life
@@tradingmomentum6860 Sorry Alex, I live in the Galveston area and rescued Teddy from a Collie Farm Rescue. He was found with his sister in a horrible situation. He never did learn how to play and was terrified if he was told "no". He did become a very happy little guy with lots of love and care. I spent every hour of every day with him for the last of his 6 1/2 years. He died a very much loved baby and I am still trying to adapt without him. I am so hopeful that your Teddy was loved and cared for as I loved mine.

I really love Shelties. My Sheltie Sam recently passed away, He was 13 years old I miss him a lot.

The best thing to do is get another one immediately. I am on my 4th one. Usually got about 15 years. It was harder when I lost my dogs than when my mother died.

This was so lovely. I had a sheltie growing up that looked a lot like yours. She meant the world to me. It was a great reminder of how she was.
My son has a collie. When I look at her, I simply can't get over her beauty, just stunning. I have Papillons, by would love a Sheltie. Zoe is absolutely gorgeous and and hope she has a long, fun, happy, healthy life with you. ❤🐾❤

We have had Shelties for 40 years. When one dies, we get another one. When I was a kid I always wanted Lassie. What is better than a small Lassie!! They are the sweetest, smartest, prettiest dogs on earth. Can you tell I love Shelties? I love your one second for every day. These dogs all have the same mannerisms and your little girl sounds like ours. Beautiful sable and white Zoe. We have had sable. Currently we have a sable, white and black beautiful 4 year old 'small' sheltie. Our number six dog in 40 years. Sometimes we have had couples. In last 2 dogs we have had single females. I think the females are smarter......Love your video. I could just feel myself kissing your pretty puppy. Zoe is beautiful. Have many happy years with her. Brenda in Texas

He died over two years ago and I do miss him terribly (17 years is a long time in anyone's book), but I'd like to get another dog to love. Mom desperately wants a Sheltie, she's had them before, but she just doesn't do anything about it.
