    • I know this comment is a year old but I so commiserate with you. I was an Etsy seller years ago and it has been getting progressively worse and worse sadly for a LONG time. When they started letting people put NON handmade items on it sped up the corruption process 10 fold. Sadly it had already gotten hard to actually make any money because too many people kept devaluing their work. The people trying to make a living were swamped by the hobbyists who only want a little on top of cost which means they don't account for their TIME. One of the first things you SHOULD learn in trying to price handmade items is to always think about what your time is worth when adding up value!!

  • You’re so right about Etsy! I bought a coat that was supposed to be very cute, suede, embroidered SouthWestern style for my mom and when I got it, it was SO CHEAP LOOKING! All patterns were screen printed, no lining, no suede, no down/filling, no anything that was advertised. The shop gave me my money back after a week of messaging them but they didn’t even want the coat back. Shows you how worthless it was 🙄

    • It should be something that is taught. Fluctuations happen for a myriad of reasons throughout your life. I’m always trying to relay this to my 29 year old daughter. If she isn’t stick thin she thinks their is something wrong.

I gained about 15lbs from hormones over the last year and they should regulate; but in the meantime it really helps to see others embrace their bodies at different places because they always change.   • That double hip measure method should be available for underwear, too! I end up wearing undies that are waaaay too big or stretchy because they pinch in the leg/bottom when I get ones that fit my waist or regular pants size. I don’t know what it is about leg holes in underwear, but it’s like they can’t believe anyone might want muscular thighs, or carry more weight there naturally- or, I dunno, have a wagon they’re dragging’!!

  • A heads up to anyone ordering from fenty. I signed up to be a VIP member and they DONT tell you anywhere that if you are a VIP member you have to pay like $30-$50 a month! I didn't realize until 4 months. So please be aware that them giving you special vip pricing does come with a big membership cost that they don't disclose
