Spider-Man 2 for the PlayStation 5 is one of the most highly anticipated sequels in the gaming world. Building on the success of its predecessor, it promises to take the web-slinging superhero experience to new heights. In this installment, players will once again step into the shoes of both Peter Parker and Miles Morales, offering a dynamic duo of Spider-Men to control. With enhanced graphics, improved mechanics, and a larger open-world New York City to explore, the game is poised to offer an even more immersive and exhilarating superhero adventure.     • @@MG-qf7lcI mean, people in Miles’ neighbourhood know who he is. Hailey, Gloria and Teo all were there during the fight between Tinkerer and Miles, and they literally helped him find his mask afterwards. So it’s safe to say that yeah, some people know.

  • i absolutely LOVE the detail(s) in every single transition! the camera work is smooth, its quick, its fitting for their personalities (especially their heroism) and i love how in some, theyre simply relaxing or catching a break and on others, they sling back into action with swiftness. i commend Insomniac for putting forth such beautiful, breathtaking effort into something theyre clearly passionate about as a long time spidey fan, this makes me smile ear-to-ear!

  • My only complain is that every time i swap heros, i spawn pretty much in the same place or really close to where i already was with the other spider-man, idk if that's intentional or a bug but i thought i was going to appear at another point of the map, similar to the fast travel

    • I think it was intentional just in case there’s a specific side mission you can only do with a specific character then it would be a pain to switch and they end up on the other side of the map

  • Why do the graphics on KZhead seem normal but to me they seem chromatic? I discovered that there is a color filter in the settings but I turned it off, but it still seems strange and fake, it doesn't look as clean as you do

    • You press Square and X at the same time to do a ground pound. It can be used in battle or used to gain brief momentum when swinging

  • In my opinion the black screen transition is kind of underwhelming and breaks the flow of the game. I was kinda hoping the transition was like gta v where the camera zooms out and zooms back in on the other Spider-Man elsewhere is in the city just to display the power of the ps5. It was covered in a PlayStation blog when it talked about switching between the two characters, being similar to gta v with the camera zooming out of the city and back in on a different Spider-Man, but here it doesn’t seem the case. Those gta style transitions probably would have been too much for the game to handle or something 🤷‍♂️ For reference check out Evan Filarca’s video on how Spider-Man 2 went gold. He covered the PlayStation blog talking about the transition between Peter and miles somewhere in the video 👍.

  • GTA V from 10 years ago on the PS3 tracks all 3 character's previous locations such that when you switch back to them, they will always be on the last location where you used them recently. You can then make all three characters meet in the open world. Why is this not in Spider-Man 2 on the PS5?

  • Disappointed there isn’t any Spider-Man saving a person from a fire or a dangerous situation like in the movies by dropping em on the floor after a swing and then keep on swinging to do his things Or a spider man animation where he’s just finished saving a Cat or something or an animation where he’s literally swinging around the city and there’s a little swing animation that plays before letting you take control of the game , sum like that a lil more creative and more spider man like , instead of a lot of the animation being “ spiderman doing kinda nothing “
