This might be a bit of a weird one, but I'd LOVE to see an "If Ace Attorney villains were charged for their crimes" video. Like I know the whole point of the games are to catch murderers, but I think it'd be interesting to see the extent of their crimes and the sentences they'd get. Just as an example, outside of murder, Manfred von Karma could probably get charged with things like assault, obstruction of justice, probably some form of coercion, etc.

7:38 actually that would be classified as torture since Nigel used assault as a means of extracting information/coersion which is the definition of torture. Also, since when he threw the green bird at the monkey that would be considered battery, since the monkey happened to pop up at the time when Nigel threw the bird, and therefore Nigel could have no knowledge that he would hit the monkey.

9:12 In Nigel's defense, that guy attempted to destroy the jungle, and probably cause irreversible damage which would've resulted in the animals either dying or having to move to another place, so his action is justified imo (or, at least that's what I remember happening in the movie)

For the max possible sentence, each sentence would be on Death Sentence, as loot is the most valuable there, as well as every heist being done in loud if possible, as the most deaths are caused from loud missions. I guess there could be 2 totals, one for minimum crime run and one for max. Funnily enough, the Ukrainian Prisoner job can be done without technically committing a crime, as in stealth you can avoid all killing (the game even encourages it), and you even get a certified forklift driver to operate the one used in the level, and you are saving someone from false imprisonment, as Private Military Contractors can't arrest people.

Reminds me of a post I read once--I think it was a Reddit AMA--about a guy who had to have his foot amputated, so he jumped on the opportunity to try human meat by asking to keep his foot, taking it home and cooking it up for himself and some equally-curious friends who he invited over to try it (all above board, they all were aware of what he was doing and what they would be eating). It's absolutely wild to me that this man ate his own foot out of curiosity, but it all seemed perfectly legal to me.

Tipa might have *believed* Nigel was a cannibal for eating chicken, but Nigel is not a chicken, he's a cockatoo! Some of the meat we eat (or at least some of us) are pork, beef, mutton, or lamb, and the animals those meats come from are mammals, too. Same class. So if us eating those kinds of meat is not equal to cannibalism, neither is Nigel eating a chicken leg. Chickens and cockatoos are from the same class, as they are both birds, but they are not even of the same order, so eating chicken doesn't make Nigel a cannibal. Tipa was wrong. Anyway, as Nigel noted in his song, he blames seagulls for *his* assault (the one that lead to 15.5 years so far). Isn't *that* an offense, too?

_Robots_ was extremely underrated and often an unappreciated film. I’m glad more people are discovering it and giving it the recognition it deserves. It was one of Robin Williams’s (R.I.P.) final performances. I enjoyed it and wished it had a sequel.
