Workers are doing a great job with honesty. But too much sad to see No breathing protection, No helmet, No ear protection, and No gloves provided by the factory owner to laborers.

Polyethylene does not magically turn into polyvinylcloride in this process. These are low density polyethylene pipes - LDPET not PVC pipes. They would ne more vulnerable to environmental and certain chemical attack than PVC
I think the author is referring to any plastic wastewater/sewerage pipes as PVCs. But since we know that bottles are PET and PVCs are not the same, let's just say "technical-typographical error."

Let's call it Lying. I also suspect that employees at this location die often from breathing particles of plastic dust in their lungs. No masks or goggles or any breathing filters here. No unions either. Children present and a few bucks per day. Good thing the UN is busy harassing Israel so they aren't watching Ukraine, India, Brazil, Mexico and the rest of the dictator world.
This is a fraud then. Because it is labelled as PVC.

Гораздо больше, чем у красильщиков кузовов автомобилей в обычных автомастерских. Не разу не заходили в цеха покраски? Я там больше 5 минут не могу выдержать, а они годами работают.

Ваши предложения... Если бутылки были бы одного производителя и все надутые, теоретически можно было бы сделать примитивную автоматизацию. А иначе навряд ли, у каждого производителя свои наклейки и своя технология приклеивания.
Ваши съёмки малоинформативны. Было бы какое-то повествование, объяснение процессов, тогда было бы лучше. А так сто раз по втулкам камерой водить..... 😮😮
Тут "из говна и палок" делают, какие пояснения? В ютубе достаточно роликов с реальных заводов по производству труб, где будут подробные объяснения и про сырье, и про дозировку компонентов, и выдержку температуры;) Хотя конечно пакистанцы молодцы. Из отходов, которые и 1000 лет переживут, делают хоть какой-то конечный продукт (с непонятными характеристиками/свойствами)))

This two shortcuts corresponding to two different materials. I am not laughing from your level of knowledge but this title may confuse other people.
