Manny Khoshbin is the president and CEO of The Khoshbin Company, based in Orange County, California. Manny immigrated to the U.S. with his family in the 1980s at the age of 14. He got his real estate license in 1992 and has spent the last three decades building his empire, privately buying and selling more than $1 billion in real estate. He isn't just nice on the internet. Manny is humble because of his past. Now he can get down to business if needed, everyone needs that skill. That is how you become successful, instead of being run over and manipulated.

  • THAT is what got me looking at Bugatti (for my lamentably fantasy collection). I was starting to watch car vids. I wasn't sure if the Veyron was a looker (It is.) or what. And I came across some vs. videos. F/A-18 vs. Aventador, McLaren vs. Mustang... that sort of thing. They were getting boring. One last one... There's some car in the lot and people milling about. Car's maybe doing donuts or something. Vrrummmm vrrummmm wiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiim wiiiiiim. Sounda kinda like an RC helicopter. You know, they all sound kinda like RC helicopters. And then there's this sound like a full grown siberian tiger oozing down the road. grrrrrrrrrrrrrrr. A billion octaves below the other thing. Just rolling in on a gentle curve with that growl. And that other car just stopped being a car. It became an over eager mosquito. And I started to think, "Maybe the Veyron is worth a look."
