This was a one sided game from the start. Blackwood tried his best to keep the sharks in it, and unfortunately is left with a sub .900 save percentage on the night. An old friend Martin Jones, who is being paid 3 million dollars by the sharks this season (more than their actual goalies), came in and bit them. Got a chance to get them back in a couple days

Lots of Leafs fans at the game tonight. As a Bay Area based Leafs fan, I always dread attending this game as its usually the last game as part of the California trio (3 games in 4 nights most years). Great win and California sweep by the buds. Hoping the Raps can do the same the next 4 nights against the Warriors, Lakers, and Clipppers. :-)
I was honestly worried about this game for a few reasons but I'm glad the Leafs got the victory. Lets hope they can continue this at home on Tuesday, although I'm even more worried now

We paid $60 bucks for each ticket upper bowl tonight, partially because the Sharks are awful this year. Lots of empty seats tonight at the Shark Tank. Cheaper for you to attend a Leafs game flying to San Jose + tickets than a game in Toronto. :-)

If, and it's a big if, the D can improve, they'll be a team to be reckoned with during the playoffs.

That was one guy. Everyone in the crowd cheered on their losing team. No boos or no one leaving early. Sharks fans showed up. During intermissions, the Sharks fans were out dancing for the cameras and cheering for their teams. It was nice energy.
I looked into getting Maple Leafs tickets. It reminded me why I just stopped watching Hockey. $500 to $800 per person for anything ground level. Even the first balcony was $400 to $700 per person. Hockey has become a joke! It's for rich people now. Imagine spending $2500 to take your family to the game! And those are standard seat prices not resale!!!! The Leafs can kiss my ass!
