Watching Ryan from his earlier fights I was always thinking, someone is gonna catch this kid from the way he boxed. But now his training is taking him a few levels up. His defensive footwork is improving, his counter punching and timing is improving. One thing I do think Garcia needs is stronger legs, he's fast with the hands. But can he move as fast as he punches?

@David Benavidez Come on man. Garcia needs to get his head off the centre line a lot more, change levels etc. Not throw so many single shots. He has not proven himself yet. Def has the potential though. Just seems like a kid still, should have stayed in the Amateurs a bit longer, developed his game, learn the ins and outs. Someone with a bit more fight IQ who disguises their work will give Garcia trouble. Timing and power are great, but I'd say Haney's a more complete fighter.

Its already been a year for this motivedia video but until now he still hasnt conquered a major championship belt in the division (wbo, wba, wbc, IBF)
Quality video on a good fighter, however I believe that Ryan flinches and blinks his eyes way too much whenever he throws a punch or a punch is thrown at him. Whenever a fighter comes at him with punches he doesn’t have a solid defence. In this case I believe it will be he will reach a good stage in boxing but he won’t be a superstar. Don’t get me wrong, he is an amazing young fighter and does things many fighters aren’t capable of, however I believe this will lead to his downfall.
