  • You could see after that first knock down that Copeland was tired, he stopped holding his guard and that’s when rothwell started to drown him with pressure. Copeland did great at first but he needs better cardio

  • wow! i cannot even imagine how rattling and damaging an uppercut to the chin would be from either of these guys, especially as they are pulling down on the back of your head/neck with their other hand. the fact that both these brutes kept their determination and their feet beneath them throughout multiple such blows is highly impressive. those punches would literally kill some people.

  • Copeland was landing well early but he was noticeably timid from the first bell. The second Ben connected with a few Copeland was done. Ben was coming forward the entire fight and never stopped. Copeland seemed unprepared for that level of pressure and looked noticeably uncomfortable

  • I feel like big ben belongs in the pioneer division of ufc's hall of fame. He's been fighting ufc level talent for over twenty years now. A lot of those matches weren't in the ufc tho which is a big reason he doesn't get the respect he deserves from the MMA community. He fought tim silvia in both of their second and/or third fight in a freaking bar. It was a legit MMA match but it was hosted by some no name promotion in an actual bar.
