I'd consider this is close to the spanish civil war before WW2. It was a testing ground for equipment and tactics that shaped how WW2 was fought. Clear difference being Russia is using its own tactics and equipment but Ukraine is the western proxy NATO tactics and equipment are being tested (and showing how ineffective they are in these conditions such as terrain and vs Russian Armed Forces)
the usa/nato cant do that first, and russia as well, wont resort to nuclear weapons, because when they do that, ww3 will be over in 10 minutes. It will be conventional, and for a long time, after ukraine,if nato doesnt stop, it will be the baltic states, poland, moldova and romania. This morning via WhatsApp i got a vid footage showing the Red Banner of Victory on top the Reichstag in Berlin. While Scoltz abd Gestapo are asleep, the krasnodontsy keep raising the flags over natsi Germany and Ukraine. At the background one can hear the comments from tourists and locals like Sheisse... I hope Russia is not over extending its supply lines. A surprise reappearance of AFU drones guiding long range ATACMS could devastate supply chains allowing AFU forces to counter attack. That's just the sort of British plan I would expect.
ATACMS been at play for 6months now and it's already neutralised same as himars and storm shadows. That's why USA is pushing Germany to send Taurus
