Because of this, Gods and Buddhas asked me to tell all beings in the world a few words that the Gods wish to say. Every word reveals heavenly secrets, and the purpose is for people to know the truth and be given another opportunity to be saved.” * Why the Creator Seeks to Save All Life “...The Creator is the Lord of all gods in the cosmic realm, and He is the maker of the Lord of all lords, and the King of all kings. He commands all beings, including all humans, gods, and things in the Three Realms, which He has created. His love is the ultimate holy grace for sentient beings! She couldn't have been sweeter, even with my nine-year-old son in the back seat. He told her he'd seen her in Barcelona in Tosca and she asked which opera he liked her better in. plutao I could listen to Freddie Mercury sing, all day every day. He was certainly before his time. I don't know that there could ever be a duet quite as pronounced and beautiful as Barcelona. Back in a time when music had substance. Living in a Country that snubs a magnificent band like Queen a Grammy, but awards Taylor Swift. Should be a crime really. But I could be biased; as Freddie Mercury hasn't done anything musically that I don't like. He was truly a genius.

Christine Poff in USA Queen was too underrated, in special after the álbum The Works
@plutao_pt9 жыл бұрын
plutao I know... The US MTV refused to play Queens "I want To Breakfree" music video because they were dressed in drag...Brian May said in an interview that was really what hurt their career in the U.S. Fucking stupid. We didn't even induct Queen in the music hall of fame for at least a decade following Freddie's death. If that doesn't tell you how corrupt our music standards/industry is, nothing will.... Blows my mind that Bohemian Rhapsody was the first rock song ever over 6 minutes long, commercially successful, had tons of air time, yet Beyonce, Kanye West, and other non worthy hacks have taken over 15 to 20 Grammys home? I smell intolerance for ones lifestyle choices rather than anything constructive. Says a lot about a band with a lead vocalist (with an almost 5 octave range) have a song over 6 minutes long make its way back to a top 10 music chart status because a stupid SNL spin off played it in a scene of a movie! All the while it was written by Freddie in the mid 1970's, and Freddie had fatally succumbed to an Aids related illness 2 to 3 years prior to the premier of Waynes World. "We are the Champions" "Another one Bites the Dust," and "We will Rock You" are widely used and recognized at sports events all over the world. I had to memorize Another One Bites the Dust on Clarinet for marching band in high school. Played it at every football game. "Gold digger, and Single Ladies" will not be a legacy.

@@renzocavani6524 well, if we are talking pure opera singing prowess, yes. Yet, I still like to remember Montserrat as the person who, thanks to Freddie Mercury (in my opinion, I felt that way), had this marvellous chance not only to be free to express herself far away from the rigidity that is Opera but also to introduce this form of singing to generations far beyond the times where anything but opera/classical music was considered 2nd class art at best. And let's be honest, Montserrat's quirky being would let any sane man fall in love, she was just that adorable.

Tell me why this is so sweet, soft and lovely but also sad in a certain way? Like I'm literally crying- 😭
I just love it when a big lady like this comes in and displays a god given talent. She’s just gorgeous, funny and supreme.
@Sam Ham her laugh
Because they're queens!
Opera has some boundaries. With Freddie, I was able to break them. - Monsterrat Caballe
Thanks Spade, perfect response to the imbecile comments about Freddie M. and M.
She has the most delicate soprano voice I have ever heard. I could listen to her all day. What a voice!!
The sweetness of her voice almost causes one's breath to stop to listen to her. Divine!
The best O Mio Babbino on the Internet. I've listened to thousands of "prodigies" on Got Talent shows and professionals but Montserrat makes it personal beyond a great voice.
I understand why the Great One Freddie Mercury was a fan of this ultimate diva
Freddie Mercury believed that she had the most beautiful voice... They did a duet together. Called "Barcelona."
Christine Poff and she has, only a great one to know another equal... for me the ultimate duet in heaven is Pavarotti and Freddie
plutao I could listen to Freddie Mercury sing, all day every day.
Christine Poff in USA Queen was too underrated, in special after the álbum The Works
plutao I know...
My God. What a pure voice! Those high notes are the cleanest, sweetest, and more delicate I’ve ever heard. No wonder Freddie called her the greatest singer in the world.
🤔 She sounds very familiar to a singing bird. 🐦
Alan Mundy Some people are delusional. She’s incredibly amazing especially for someone her age and she’ll improve over the years but as of right now, she’s not the greatest voice and people will have to accept it. But she’s very talented and I believe in her, thank God we still have young people who’re still interested in opera.
Alan Mundy Yes me too, I also hope her parents will protect her from all the mess that is Hollywood.
@Alan Mundy Be calm, Alan Remember, those of us in the know, simply refer to the late great CABALLE, as THE VOICE.
Who's Freddie?
I wish I could've met this very classy beautiful lady, amazing voice! May you rest well.
She was a big woman with a BIG personality and a HUGE voice and a large, large, laughter. Oh Monserrat, how I wish I had discovered you earlier! Your daughter does sound like you. But you are the voice of a generation!
Thank you google for let me know how ignorant I am. 4 min before I didn't even know Montserrat Caballé and 4 min later she gives me vibes to my spine and tears to my eyes. Wonderful
I've ALWAYS known her voice, but not her name. Now I know her name. And yes, she is ABSOLUTELY A GODDESS.
Mucho mejor que la callas... La neta
In my book, she was simply the best (sorry to the Callas fans). Her tone is warm and lovely. Her control is incomparable. Her pianissimo touches me, makes me weep.
I agree Caballè's tone is much richer and more pleasing to the ear in this aria than Callas. But for me Tebaldi is the best. Caballè is too 3 tho.
Callas deeply admired Montserrat
@Maria erminia Vesconi That doesn't surprise me. La Divina certainly had good taste, La superba was on another level. I will admit I prefer her voice to La Divina's.
@@Pearl-2003 Tebaldi is also amazing.
I know I've listened to Tebaldi's version of this several times. It's beautiful but there's just something about Caballé's performance that pushes her version to the top spot on the list of my favourite versions of O Mio Babbino Caro.

There's a reason why she was and always will be the greatest opera singer of our time. You take a sad song and put it into her hands and it will make your heart shatter in tears.
"Our time" includes Maria Callas?
@@renzocavani6524 well, if we are talking pure opera singing prowess, yes. Yet, I still like to remember Montserrat as the person who, thanks to Freddie Mercury (in my opinion, I felt that way), had this marvellous chance not only to be free to express herself far away from the rigidity that is Opera but also to introduce this form of singing to generations far beyond the times where anything but opera/classical music was considered 2nd class art at best. And let's be honest, Montserrat's quirky being would let any sane man fall in love, she was just that adorable.
I agree, but only if you also mention the great Maria Callas. She’s up there to. Not bg sheer voice control, but by sending everything with shivering and heartbreaking emotion... love those two woman
@@renzocavani6524 yes
In my opinion Caballe is one of the greatest sopranos that ever graced this earth
absolutely agree!
Cosmic86x if I could choose three whom are the greatest, I go with Ms Cabelle, Ms. Bartoli, Ms. Freni
Andros Skywalker very good selections :-)
Cosmic86x In your opinion, whose voice do you prefer, Callas or Bartoli? That third spot was difficult to decide on
Andros Skywalker I would actually choose Caballé as my favourite. But Callas and Bartoli are very close at rank 2 and 3
Ohhhh myyyyyyyy. She melts me from the first note…. and her phrasing and word painting is extraterrestrial. I saw her live in Toronto at Massey Hall
Her joy and infectious laugh were beautiful qualities. Her talent. The stuff of legend.
I'm usually not a fan of opera but oh wow, I could listen to her voice all day. What a beautiful voice she had.
Exactly this!!
That was one of the definitions of beauty.
She gives me goosebumps every time I hear this, pure joy.
Heavenly beautiful, heavenly empathetic, heavenly even in withdrawing her voice. I think I may speak for all of us: We miss you! R.I.P.! ❤❤❤🌼
Most beautiful rendition ever, bar none. Incredible!

This was great! Have you heard Kathleen Battle sing it?
Ani Vardanyan Victoria de Los Angeles, beautiful!!! If they had the technology back then and captured her (Victoria) true dynamics that may have won my heart! :) none the less it was beautiful enough to sweep me of my feet. Thank you for pointing her to me.
Yes, Irwin, her timbre is incredibly beautiful! I'm so happy you liked her. Good art must be spread and appreciated!!
Can you imagine what the birds would think if she sang in the forest
They would shut up and listen
it reminds me of that one spongebob episode where he was singing and all the jellyfish came and started making him fly lol
They certainly would and feel upstaged to boot
They would thank God for such beauty.
how lucky we are?
How is it even possible to sound so ethereal and angelic. Its all most super natural. It makes the soul cry in joy. Bless you for giving us something so beautiful and pure. humans are so awesome.
its insane how her voice is like instrument.. flawless in many ways..
Almost in all ways..
her control is RIDICULOUS on the high notes. all the other versions on the side bar are people rushing through the song and belting out the high notes as loud as possible. there is a care and fitness to this performance that she alone has. YAS QUEEN COME THRU!!!!
+britmus309 exactly!
I agree. She has FLAWLESS technique.
britmus309 la soprano mas grande que ha habido en España y mejorpersona
I think the tempo is a little slow but her voice is just so beautiful and expressive; comparable to Callas' version.
Its the unagitated_ness of her performance which makes it standing out....the ease of the highnotes... I agree with OP...most other performances I view on KZhead feel rushed...even strained sometimes where volume goes over beauty--- I wish they would still teach Bel Canto or would start to do so again...we need it back

No wonder Freddie was a big fan of hers. What a wonderful connection and admiration they had for each other.
How can you not listen to this and just cry? Her control is stunning, especially in those higher moments. While most would portamento, her high notes seem to just float out of nowhere. Her connection with the text here is so stupendous. A legend.

She is the best soprano I have ever heard. ❤
Listen to Sissel too. She's great.
After hearing all those shrill pretenders butchering this song on AGT, you realize the massive chasm that separates her from all of them. She hits all those high notes so softly, with such control of volume and air flow, such purity of sound, it's simply astonishing that she makes notes far beyond most humans' registers seem so easily accessible.
That's because most of those AGT contestants aren't classically trained. They're passable choral sopranos at best, but any real opera performer can have them beat anyday. People are easily impressed these days.
@@TwilightEpiphany Yes.
True.. So true.. The best Bambino Caro ever..by Monserrat..My favourite soprano..,,, ❤️ .
She’s awesome. And being a Brit, awesome is not a word I use lightly.
The way she hits those high notes so softly gives me goosebumps because my ears are so unfamiliar with how those notes roll so smoothly without piercing your ears.
She brings tears to my eyes when she sings. It breaks my heart that I can't sing. She makes it look so effortless and this is how I imagine a goddess to be.
