Top tip for edge panels: You can position the handle (i.e. the swipe area to activiate the edge panel) right next to the volume buttons, then set the transparancy to max to make the handle invisible. That way, the volume buttons become the edge panel handle and you don't have anything showing on screen. Also, the Smart Selection functions on the edge panel are really useful. You can select part of the screen and share it without saving a screenshot. You can select part of the screen and extract text in the selection. You can select part of the screen and pin it to the screen, so you can still see it in other apps. You can capture GIFs from a selection. Loads of features easily accessible with a swipe from the side of the screen.

One of the best features of samsung browser is video assistant! Any embedded video on a website usually have the absolute WORST video player/ ux mankind can built and video assistant basically replace this player with one that you play in your gallery. You can fast forward/ rewind with a horizontal swipe, lower/higer volume with vertical swipe, use the miniplayer for multitasking, etc. Point is video asssistant made video watching on a website plays like a regular video player app than the much-restricted web's player that had a lot of limitation.
The multiple edge panel tip alone made this video worth a like! I'm recently over from an iPhone and that was GREAT advice!

If you also want to impress your Apple friends, android quick share also works with Iphone if you send the link option. Samsung creates a temporary link in which they can download the files. Just got my 23 Ultra and I would def recommend the 45 watt charger. The thing can charge like a beast. I am only needing to charge when I am getting ready in the morning now while before I was charging when I was sleeping.
But the difference between 25W and 45W for 0 to 100 is like 10-15 minutes. So i don't feel like its worth the extra bucks.
Don't explode the battery is best to use slow charging mode to last the battery and have the same performance.

I would never enable my phone to be unlocked using the s pen.

if ya look close when he clicks the pen it says phone unlocked by smart lock at the top of the screen. that means he's using smart lock so the phone doesn't fully lock when he's home or near his connected devices etc. if ya don't use that feature then the pen wont unlock ya phone like that.

its only when u already have the s pen out and unlocked your phone, if you put the s pen back in, you have to unlock the phone the proper way again

The camera also Supports voice Commands so that you dont even need a gesture to make a photo or video, also works from the main camera but i believe needs to be activated in the camera settings.

Verry interest and informative review. After using an iPhone for over eleven year I purchased the Note 20. This Note 20 has considerably more functionality than any iPhone I ever owned, even more than their latest flagship. Alone the bottom of your video you have a segmented timeline, however they do not have a description. Same in thing in your description section, you use numbers not descriptions for what the segments provide. Suggestion, add a brief description, that way we can jump to a specific timeslot. There never was a memo stating, "rather than utilize the correct word use, we must now utilize utilize." Utilize does not mean what folks think it does. When something is utilized, it being used for other than what it was designed for. e.g. think of a chair, we use it to sit upon, however we can utilize it as a stepstool. Also, the use of utilize comes across as pompous and self-ingratiating; does not make one sound more educated.

Routines is a life saver. I use location based one. For example, if I leave my house, it launches my car app which needs to be launched for it to work.
A lot of these is also on my S20plus....but I do really miss a S-pen, maybe on my next samsung😉

The Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 is almost as fast as the recent Apple bionic chips. In terms GPU they're even faster!

Sounds dumb, but that’s one of very many things I miss about my Samsung. On safari on iPhone, all your bookmarks from “private” mode still show when you’re not in private mode. Can’t wait to switch to the the 24 Ultra. I can suffer for another 10 months
Using the s-pen to take a remote group selfie has always been a major flex. It took like 25% of my battery to charge an iphone 7% over the course of about 15 minutes, but I got my buddy out of a jam and really flexed on a third person's Anker mobile checking device for her own iphone.

Depends on what you're doing. Best battery life I'd turn off the faster processor option, turn on power saving and also select the lowest screen resolution. Plus if you can work with a dimmer screen you can turn the brightness down. If you're watching a movie or playing a game turn it up so you can see what this phone does. It's a beast. I'm sure there are other minor features that would help a little too but this should help a lot. I've had mine on full everything n still haven't had battery life issues.
It's gonna die quicker in the beginning, it's learning your usage patterns. It will adjust and be awesome soon enough!

I learned the Samsung Dex feature does not work if you have Knox security installed by service provider.
Verizon has had Knox on al of my phones, and I've never had a problem using Dex. I just plug it in and it works. You do need an additional device dock to keep your phone charging while also having it plugged into your monitor (unless you're using Dex wirelessly, which depends on your tv's capability), but it's not required, although your battery will run out pretty fast without it. In your notification buttons, there's a button for Dex (you might have to add it form the notification tab suttons to add new buttons), but you have to activate that button to turn Dex on, otherwise it will seem like your Dex isn't working, but it's probably just turned off.
Great video on the various features. Just one little thing. I must be older than dirt because I have to stop the videos and replay portions several times because everyone seems to talk as fast as possible and I can't follow or catch it all. Not meaning to criticize but most reviewers talk like auctioneers.

Well QuickShare is Samsnung only but that dosn't mean that the feautre, which QUickShare gives is limited to Samsung. We have Snapdrop by Google which works on any device even apple devices / desktop devices. A lot of things mentioned are Samsung's Versions of something already aviable on other Android Devices. Samsung just hates Google and try to replace as much things as they can with thier own Stuff.

These features are not "Samsung exclusive." they are exclusive to Samsung's flagship device.
I have most of them on my A71 5g from 2018. Mostly just had to be Galaxy series.
Just a note that using Quick Share needs your Location Services turned on, which I think sucks. :/ This is also the case with Nearby Share. 💔 In iOS, you just need to have Wi-Fi and Bluetooth on to use AirDrop.
There is newer technology available....called a pen and a piece of paper

Did you say that the phone unlocks when you remove the S-Pen? Anyone else see a problem with this?
It doesn't unlock in a way that gives anyone unsecure access.
This tells me the what but not the how. Useless to a new user. For example, when I got to Modes and Routines to get my internet to turn off when I leave home, it doesn't show my address but one near me, and I can't edit it.
