Idc what anyone says sacking LVG was the beginning of the downfall he had a plan Rashford,Martial,Jesse,Memphis,Shaw,Mensah, they would all been developed correctly and thrived and would of probably did way better 2016/17 then mou
Even if he was sacked the problem was the replacement... LVG had United set up to move towards being a possession based front foot team with technical and intelligent footballers.. like Blind for example. If your next appointment was someone of a similar style and ideals it would’ve been a much better transition and likely would’ve lead to better things than the last 5 years.
