    • I have been cutting my hair like this for 50yrs. My mom had 5 kids and couldn't afford haircuts. My neighbor told me to put it on my head and cut it straight across. It's been my hairstyle since I was 9. I paid for 3 trims in my life, and they were all too short. That's why I do it myself.

  • I bought some inexpensive but good quality hair shears and then my husband cut my hair while watching this guys Cub Cut video on youtube. The full video was awesome and my husband did a great job. The haircut turned out exactly as seen and it took about 15 mins. Love my new Cub Cut haircut! My husband enjoyed learning to cut a hair cut...look out neighbourhood...lol!

  • I watched the longer version of this video and my 13 year old REALLY wanted me to cut her hair like this. So I did. And it turned out AMAZING! She has WAY too much hair (and thick, and wavy, curly and flat all at the same time!), so I was afraid I would mess up because it was HARD to cut through such a thick pony tail... I had to do some adjustments after because of that (any tips?). The smile on her face at the end was PRICELESS. Thanks for sharing the video!

  • The last three hair trims I got..(after my regular stylist was displaced due to Covid closing the nyc location she worked) were all horrible. My hair has never looked worst..so I tried this yesterday bu only trimmed off the raggedy end's on both pony's. My hair look's SO much better even with that little bit. Thank you! This gives me hope to learn to trim MY OWN curly hair sometime's!! 💕

    • I feel your pain!! Happened to me too. I even took in a pic..she cut twice as much..AND a totally different cut style. smh..I tried this with just trimming the raggedy end's and I love how much better it look's. My hair took like 3 years for the back neckline layer she butchered to grow back. I fear going to get a haircut now! Be careful!! 🤨

    • @@chimmykook54 i ended up cutting my hair like this and i cut off around 5 inches to have my hair shoulder length. it was a bit choppy at first but as a grew it out it became much better and like curtain bangs with layers I would def reccomend trying this out :D
